Thanks to James and Carlos! I intended to sell my car and buy a truck that was listed for $7,100 less than my vehicle. When I came in for my appointment, the truck was sold. So I sold my car for a fair price. CARFAX quote was $29,1,00. We settled for $28,500. It saved me a trip to Horse Shoe Falls, Md . They were offering me a “verbal” offer of $29,600. By the time I would drive there, the Sales Manager wouod have probably written down $28,650 or worse. .I had some offers of the CARFAX standard ,$29,100 , but were not local. I will probably buy a used car from here when I see something great. Lots of great cars and trucks here! Very good service.

Price was good. Salesperson Alex H was polite and explained everything. James inside mgr lied about sending out plates for next Day delivery. Tags expired and he didn't care. Car sat for 5 day's because of this. This is unsatisfactory.

I gave 2 stars for service alone because Teuh is excellent. I purchased my 2020 Nissan Sentra SV in 2021. The price they charged me vs the Kelly Blue Book price was off by $4000. Meaning $4000 more than Kelly Blue Book. I was told that Kelly Blue Book was behind on updating car prices. I can assure you to this day that the price has changed alright and is astronomically cheaper. I was misinformed by Shaunice, James, and another employee when I came back for an explanation. I was never told that the price index on used cars were very high at the time. If someone isn’t sure of the full answer please go and find the correct one ??. I was just informed of the answer I was looking for, today. I gave a 3rd star for that. Thank you Nico.

Won’t use any other Nissan dealership in Southern Jersey. Teuh is always the best to deal with when you arrive. Been coming here for a couple years and she’s always smiling. Prices are fair and they allow walk-ins.

I bought a new car and traded in an old one. My salesperson, Shaunice, was incredibly knowledgeable about the vehicle and when I was torn between two models, Shaunice even took the time to physically park them side by side so I could better compare the two. Overall, everyone was nice and treated me very well.
