This was my first time using Molca's and I will definitely be going back for all my car needs. I have a 2018 Ford Flex SE they was 300$ cheaper then anyone else and instead of having my car in the shop for 2 days like I was quoted for other repair shops they had my car done in 4 hours. I have never not been charged for labor but they don't charge it and just want to help everyone out. However tips should be much appreciated. I feel as if you help me then I help you. Hands down best place around. Give them a shot you won't be disappointed. Thank you Molca's for such good service.Services: Exhaust

Got a good quote for an engine replacement at this mechanic and they even offered to tow it for free... That's where the upside ended. Once I had gotten a quote and told them where the car was located (down the street from them), they said they would tow it the next day (Friday) or Saturday and get to work on it. I called back the Wednesday to see if they had finished the job or gotten the parts but they said they hadn't done ANYTHING yet and there were cars in front of me in the queue. They told me to call back Saturday to see if they have the replacement engine by then. I call back on Saturday and get NO ANSWER (even though they are open) and leave a voicemail. Finally, I call back today (Monday, approximately 10 days after we first spoke) to find out the engine hasn't been ordered, the car is still in the original location, and they will not take the job due to staffing issues. Tl;Dr this mechanic gave me a quote, strung me along for 10 days, and refuses to fix my car.
