My partner Zachary and I came in looking for a brand new bed, which wasn't an easy task since we had ailments and were on a budget. James, our salesman, was knowledgeable, thorough and made sure we got the best bang for our buck. Would definitely recommend this store and this worker to others.

I’m quite satisfied with the services of this store. Especially that of Ginny. Ginny is a fabulous woman who will go out of her way to satisfy your bedding needs. Recently, I relocated to another state and the movers lost a leg to my mechanical platform. I contacted the store and Ginny answered. The next thing I knew, the leg was in my mailbox. The Mattress Firm of Egg Harbor Outlet Center has proven to me that they value their customers without limitations. I assure you, they have found a loyal Customer in me. Elizabeth took amazing care of us. We went in just looking at beds for my friend, and between the hospitality, great deals, and just the right amount of attentiveness without hovering, we walked out BOTH having purchased beds & pillows and we could not be happier with our choices. We could have fallen asleep on our respective beds in the store, we were so happy with the options we found. Elizabeth was kind, attentive, friendly, courteous, and no nonsense. We did not feel like we were talking to a sales person, we felt like we were talking to an informed friend who was helping us make a decision. I would give this an even higher rating if I could.
