I walked in just before closing and Danny took his time with me and stayed late to make sure I was satisfied. He found me the car I wanted and I was out of there in record time in my new car. They also gave me a good value for my trade. Very happy with Matt Blatt Kia.

I had a wonderful experience with both Rich and Harry at Matt Blatt Kia. They made everything so easy and as as possible, as I was trading in a lease from a different dealership for a Telluride. They were up front and easy to work with. The dealership itself is so clean and accommodating. I am so excited and love my Telluride and will definitely be back in the future!! Shout out Rich and Harry!!

I recently purchased a vehicle from this dealership. The whole team made it a very easy & relatively quick experience. When the vehicle needed a few things checked right after purchase that’s where Mark Hewitt stepped in. He reassured me whatever was neeed would be taken care and promptly returned the vehicle. I cannot say enough about my experience that I had at Matt Blatt Kia on September 3. We purchased a k5 From Niki and the experience What is truly amazing I cannot say enough about them the whole team there Niki over everything about the car was so personal and genuine. Two weeks later, my son Was in an accident and thank God he was OK and everyone Involved. Never dealt with this situation and I went to The dealership because the car was only two weeks Old and thank goodness Kia offers Gap insurance. I cannot tell you enough about the experience we encountered Niki was so upset gave us me and my son hug and the And then Matt Blatt Stressed about the concerns about my son being OK and not to worry about the car. They were truly amazing caring about my son. The sales manager, Steve offered us the same exact payment, less money down and got us into the same vehicle. It was such a great experience with Steve and Niki they are truly amazing and I would refer them to everyone. They were truly there for us and I cannot stress enough about caring about someone and not worrying about selling a car. They are truly amazing team they went above and beyond customer service Thank you.

If you’re going for the basic oil change you’re good. Anything more than that it’s disappointing. They don’t call you back when they say they will. My car has been there 3 times in the past 3 weeks and each time I had to call repeatedly to see if the piece was in. They say the texting works better but even then you don’t get the answers you need.

I had left my keys in the "on" position in my ignition for at least 48 hrs so you can imagine how dead my battery was. I called Matt Blatt in egg harbor twshp & they immediately sent out a tow truck & within 24 hours I had my car back at a reasonable price. The service there is excellent & everyone was so kind & empathetic with my issue. I will always take my car to Matt Blatt KIA for all repairs. They have awesome customer service & to me that's one of the most important things. Thank you, Matt. ?

I’d give 100 stars if I could. The service staff was amazing!!! They made a very stressful situation much better. My engine light came on and my engine started knocking leaving vacation to head home 6 hours; with a child. They quickly assisted me once I was able to get my car towed to them. They assured me this is a Kia engine recall issue and most likely I would not have any charges. It took me over 5 hours to get a tow to them (that’s another review for another company) and communicated with me throughout the ordeal. By the time I arrived to them, they were closing soon but assured me they would either have my car repaired the following day (a Saturday) or get me home somehow. They fit me into their packed Saturday and was able to get my car repaired and running great. They shuttled us to and from a hotel and gave me information to contact Kia; as I wasn’t informed by Kia there was a recall. Anna, Matt, and another lady (I don’t to know her name) were all extremely patient and helpful to me!! My car is 8 years old with 102,000 miles and in excellent condition with never having any issues. So a complete engine shut down was very worrisome. My local Kia dealer where I bought the car is not open nights or weekends, and would never work someone in. So this dealer and staff was a pleasant surprise and so much appreciated!! I am not planning on a new car anytime soon as I run my cars 15 years until they die. I would be willing to drive back to this dealer again just to give them my business. They were that great and caring!! Thank you again so much for taking care of my daughter and I during this unexpected ordeal!!

Fantastic honest dealer and sales person “taco” Dave. Needed a car quick. Just happened to stop in Matt Black. Knew nothing about Kia’s. Saw a Forte for low 20k. Test drove and liked. Bought it on the spot. Interest was 5%. How about that. I expected 6-9%. Used Kia finance. No pressure for the costly and unneeded add ons. My Forte is a simple get me to work where I grab the company car. Went to auto traders, mo prices on the windows, would have to write down each model and go find a sales person. That even isn’t the best of it…Their used comparable cars were more then a new Kia. Dave got me out in my new car in less than one hour. Best of all 5 year or 50,000 mile bumper
to bumper warranty.. No used car dealerships can beat that.

Took my wife’s Telluride in for a recall and an oil change. They advise us that the tires should be replaced after paying $1200 for new tires. We thought the vehicle was good to go a day later we noticed there’s a bent rim through video we are able to confirm that the vehicle came in with a bent rim, OK no big deal since we have coverage to fix any damage rims . The rim guy comes and tell us at the Can’t be replaced and that the new tire has a bubble in it caused by the rim. No one from Kia ever told us that the rim was damaged. No one told us that the rim needed to be replaced. Instead, they sent my wife out the door with a tire with a bent rim in which caused a damaged tire. It took them about 24 hours to get the rim replaced. I don’t understand why you would send a vehicle out with a bent rim and not notify the customer. Absolutely unacceptable. After talking to the manager they basically just listen and have nothing to say and offer you nothing. Will be trading this car in and going to a different dealership sooner than later.

My car broke down shortly after leaving to head home after vacation. The receptionist and assistant manager were beyond understanding. They worked us into an already booked service schedule with a quick diagnosis and repair. The waiting room is very spacious and clean with charging ports and even a couple Xbox consoles( big plus considering I have two teens). The repair was covered under warranty. Being a former dealership technician I know and can appreciate how much they really did go above and beyond to make a bad day as tolerable as possible.
