The blonde woman that works at the front desk was exceptionally rude. She acted as if I was inconveniencing her by being there and taking her away from the conversation she was having with her coworkers. Also, the office lost the fax that my doctor sent to them so none of my orders were ready.

Would give 0 stars if I could. Came in for an appointment at 1, checked in and sat in the waiting for 45 min. The kiosk broke down multiple times and the waiting room was packed. There did not seem to be any order to how they handled anything. Walk-ins were called back before me and you could just tell how disorganized everything was. I will never return to this location. Save your time and go to the mays landing location that has always been consistent and organized.

I had to take my 5 month old in for bloodwork, so obviously this was a big ordeal. I called a few days ahead of time and she explained that we needed to schedule an appt time where it would be after a feeding but before a nap time, (not hard to do with a 5 month old) so we asked what would be the best time and she said 1 or so. We booked an appt online for 1:30. We arrived 10 minutes before our appt and ended up waiting about 35 minutes so I don’t understand the point of appointments. It was pretty frustrating because at that point my son was extremely tired and fussy.Once we were back in a lab chair we saw Monique B. Who immediately said that she will NOT be poking my son until she can visibly see a viable vein and will NOT dig around in his arm. I appreciated her saying that she will be poking him once, and if she doesn’t get it then she doesn’t get it. She took her time, searching on both arms until she felt confident enough to poke him. Shamila also joined us to help me hold my son’s other arm. Sure enough, she poked him once and almost immediately got blood. I could tell she did a great job and my son only briefly cried for a few seconds. Monique and Shamila definitely know what they are doing and are very much skilled at their jobs. I definitely feel comfortable coming back if any of my children need lab work.

Techs and employees were great.Warning: LabCorp now makes the tech ask personal questions about your ethnicity, sexual orientation, etc. It's not in a private setting and it not for your doctor. Inappropriate.

The EHT Labcorp location is clean and very well organized. The staff are friendly, compassionate, and professional. I scheduled an appointment online and was seen on time.

I walked in 4 minutes past 1:30 and they told me I needed to come back because my lab work would take an hour and they were closing at 2:30. 4 minutes? I heard them talking amongst theirselves if they wanted to take me or not as a patient. I am not even asking to be seen but the discussion was the most unprofessional part of it. I work in healthcare and I understand that 4 minutes would have been going into their lunch break, etc. please be mindful of what patients hear and their experience.

I had an appt this morning 2/2/24. The front desk receptionist was observed to be so patient and nice to the clients she encountered. It is not an easy job as they deal with alot of different people, usually in a hurry. TO the back women who were also so organized and professional and friendly. I wanted to acknowledge that these woman are the best at there job.

Came here for drug screening for employment. Was informed they don't do that, and when I tried to explain that the website forced a location registration I got hand waived off to another LabCorp. Felt highly dismissed and that they should remove this location from employment sites so that people don't go here if they do not perform the service.

I didn't make an appointment got there at 10:30 and waiting 2 hours but was not called because they are taking only appointments where it's never said on their website that appointments first. I used to make appointments and they told me no need to make an appointment I should just walk in and now. Bad services and the workers are very rude when u ask them a question. I'm so disappointed in them

I had an appointment and was sitting in the waiting room waiting for 50 minutes before being seen. Kathy was very nice but can’t say the same about the rest of the staff

Cleaner than the Galloway location, and well-run, but I’m tired of getting butchered by the brand new phlebotomist every time.

The woman who drew my blood was not very careful even after I told her I am antsy around needles. She took way longer than she needed to dig around and find a vein. It was the most pain I’ve experienced when getting bloodwork done and left me barely able to move my arm for two days. Five days later and here I am still with a large and very painful bruise. It hurts to even pull up my sleeve. The wait time was alright even though they were busy, so if you want a big painful bruise at least you won’t have to wait.

Came in to get bloodwork done (routine). Rochelle the manager was so rude. I've never ran into an unprofessional manager like this girl Rochelle. She's mean, condescending, nasty rude to patients. Why would a company have this women in charged of a facility like this. I won't be coming back. To Labcorp. Get professional
