Be very careful with this branch. I recently made an appointment to make a simple change to our accounts, but when we arrived, the Assistant Manager did not know what she was doing. She claimed to have 15 years banking experience, but it took almost an hour while she tried to figure out what should have been a simple task. She ran back and forth asking other people for assistance in performing her job duties. She then handed us legal documents with several hand-crossed out typos - very unprofessional. When we opened our accounts here almost a year ago, we were never provided with important papers we should have been given (we weren't aware they were withheld from us at the time) and would have known there were initial mistakes as well! 2 1/2 weeks later, we received a letter in the mail demanding we return for further information within 7 days. I immediately called the Manager of this branch to find out what was going on and she admitted that her Assistant Manager made errors to our accounts and that she had only been there a few months. We didn't get the letter until Friday of a holiday weekend and it took the Manager 4+ hours to return our call so corrections to our account were not going to happen until the following week. We had this mess (someone else's mistakes) hanging over our heads for 5 days! I should say that the Manager of this branch was previously very helpful to us a few months ago, but after she raised her voice to me on the phone Friday afternoon, I decided we need to go to another branch for assistance because the other employees of this branch had made too many errors. Fortunately, the following week the VP in Northfield was very kind, professional, and able to correct the issue others had caused. I'd be very afraid to return to the EHT branch unless their employees are retrained in their duties!

The man upfront ( I did not get their names) was so kind and laughed with me but when his female coworker had came up she had a horrible attitude she was raising her voice and became very passive aggressive I had to leave.will never go there again.

Went once. Tricky had good savings rates, but would not guarantee how long a term.. Could be a month, week day etc.

This bank is charging way to much if u overdraft $39.00.
