Easy enough to get to, off Delilah Rd then turn onto Canale and down to the right. Super fast & nice employee at the front. Automatic door in case you're carrying packages. Great experience.

Drop off Priority Overnight using the recipient account number was easy, unfortunately two days later the FedEx Express envelope still has been delivered!

Had a package that required a signature. This driver knocked at the door, didn't wait at all. I went to grab a shirt to come answer the door, I come outside and he's driving away as I'm standing outside. Absolutely atrocious employee.

I had to get a five page... eight and a 8" by 11" to Rochester New York. I was there Saturday afternoon. It had to be there Tuesday. It's cost me $42 to have it there by 10:30 in the morning. I wanted to take pictures of the FedEx facility for MapQuest but that turned out to be a problem and I was told to stop taking pictures and he would get a manager if I wanted to do so who would explain why not. Aside from that, the person helping me did a great job with my paperwork and sending it off... I have no complaints about their efficiency and the employee's treatment to me was without a problem until I started to take a few pictures. I erased them because the person at the desk raised an objection... and I respectfully did so even though I wasn't taking pictures of anyone but just what the facility had in the way of boxes, various envelope sizes, papers or whatever was needed to ship something.The most important thing that I found out was that I made a mistake. Earlier that day I had called Federal Express and UPS. I should have gone to UPS because the prices were a lot cheaper and they were open later. I think I would have paid about half the price to have it delivered in the same time. I was in a panic for time as they were closing soon. Had I taken better notes I could have ordered a pizza with the money I could have saved !! Next time it will be UPS or the post office.
