I had issues recovering my invoice for an important order with the online platform. Unfortunately, due to Fedex's terrible phone system, I could never actually get in touch with anyone at this location to resolve the issue. So frustrating.

I called to find out where there is a FEDEX store near me. When I asked where they are located, the lady on the phone said she not allowed to give me that information!! S o how am I spoiled to drop off my FEDEX return to them???!

This is not a fedex store, it's a Walgreens with a fedex Dropbox. The lady at the counter told me they couldn't take my package saying it was "too big", luckily the driver was at the store and allowed me to give it directly to her in the truck.
