Love this place, everyone is very nice and welcoming. I have been to several nail places in the area where they would make you wait even when you have an appointment. This place is different, even if you book your appointment 30 mins before, they always have someone to start you with right away. Place looks clean and I have always had a great experience.

Recently moved to the area and this place was ridiculous. When I walked in, there was no one at the reception desk (I waited for 15 minutes) and employees walked past me as though I wasn't there. Not one person said hello to me - not one! I sat looking through nail colors waiting to see if anyone approached me and no one did. Finally, someone sat behind the reception desk so I walked up and asked to have acrylic nails put on. Anna came and got me. She showed me to the chair and was nice enough, but did not talk to me for the hour I sat across from her in the chair. The only time she spoke was to tell me "no soap" when washing my hands before polishing - 2 whole words! Doesn't she speak enough English to communicate with the customers? She only nodded the few times I spoke so I stopped trying to talk to her thinking she didn't understand me. I've had the same problem with most of the salons I have gone to and it is very aggravating not to be able to communicate what I want, when I am the one paying! I now have to carry pictures around to make some technicians understand - it's ridiculous. This IS America, right? I'm not thrilled with the outcome, but I can't explain the issues (because I only speak English) so I'm stuck with what I got. Acrylics are nowhere near my cuticles, so they will have to be filled in a week, instead of 2 weeks. Half of the nails are completely crooked on my fingers. She never touched my cuticles, let alone push them back. Worse hand massage I have ever received, barely touched my fingers and left lotion on my wrists because she never bothered to rub it in after she put it on. Awful experience!

Not from around here but my acrylic nail broke so I needed to get it fixed. Tried Pinky’s first and they told me they don’t touch other peoples work. Like what? You don’t take a nail off and replace it? Came here and they helped me immediately, no wait, in and out in 20minutes, very nice staff and clean nice place will def be back if I ever need my nails done out here again

There’s nothing more annoying when you spend money on acrylics that barely last a week. I already disliked my nails but now there’s even more reason to never return here. Spend your money elsewhere.

The last time I was there my tech treated my nails TERRIBLY. I am 1 1/2 weeks into my manicure and it looks terrible; as if it has been 3+ weeks. Very harsh, paid no attention, terrible color recommendations. I usually have a great experience but NO. I will not return...too $$$ to be looking terrible.

I have been going to Envy for 3 yrs. I love it. I live in NY and I don’t mind the travel to Nj to do my nails. They are friendly, place is clean!

I had my nails dipped. The girl did them to long and 4 of them broke. It cost me 62 dollars I think that is highway robbery. They did fix them for nothing. I have to say Diane who does my pedicures is wonderful she takes her time with you and is very sweetService: Nail extensions

I just had my nails done and I hate them. The tech rushed and left gel Polish all over my nail beds. She got gel Polish on my cuticles. She didn’t even clean up the job. I had to go home and try and fix them myself. She rushed and was not gentle. She shaved my nails down too much while removing the precious polish. I’m so disappointed.When I called the front desk to bring up my concerns, the receptionist handled it so nicely and booked me an appointment to have the nails redone. I had my nails redone and the man who did them was amazing!

Nice experience. Clean, busy. management and staff is very engaged with their customers. I made an appointment for a pedicure. My mail tech was friendly. She introduced herself, asked my name and made sure I was comfortable. Even asked about my day! The music is nice. They offer a self service selection of refreshments. Semi private drying stations.The only negative,…The smell of acrylic/chemicals was very strong, I actually wished I had a mask while sitting at the drying station.
