The owner fit us in ASAP as our daughter was leaving with the car in 2 days. We handed over a rather grubby car, to put it mildly, and it was returned to us later the same day looking and smelling delightful. Amazing how all of the crevices and nooks were beautifully clean. It’s extra great that the owner came and picked up our car then delivered it right back to us. So efficient and painless on our part. Well worth the money and I highly recommend! PS - we only had interior detailing done.Edit:Called this company again for an auto detailing 2 years later. The owner answered the phone with a brusk “Hello”. When I inquired as to whether I had called Clearlights Detailing, he sounded annoyed and snottily asked, “well it depends, Who is calling?” We went back and forth with me not giving my name until I could confirm I had called the business I’d thought I’d called.I have to say, the conversation was one of the strangest, most unprofessional interactions I’ve had in a long time, if not ever. I was still willing to give him a chance to redeem himself and clean my car. He blamed his rudeness on an over abundance of marketing/spam calls (not your customers’ problem).At the end of the call he said he’d check his schedule. I then got a 6 word text - There is no time in my schedule.Short and to the point. No further apology for the awful interaction we’d just had on the phone.There are many other reputable car detailing companies. Use them and avoid this business. I’ve booked with JVC mobile auto spa and the initial interaction was professional, smooth and appropriate. I immediately received texts confirming my appointment type and time and another requesting a down payment to secure the appointment time. So easy!Services: Steam cleaning

Andrew did a spectacular job with our Bentley; detailed , shampooed and scotch guard the carpets and gave the exterior , including wheels , a high gloss ceramic coating that will protect the paint ,wheels and engine from the salt air and pollution . It's gorgeous !Services: Full body wash
