I am definitely "fan boy crushing" on my 2022 Mazda CX5 Turbo that Doug Adams sold me new from this dealership. The very first '22 Turbo that this dealership received from Hiroshima. Fantastic car. Great guy. Excellent service, always, as well. Juan Peralta and his team of technicians take great care of me and my vehicle. I especially appreciate the service videos that the techs provide. Newly-built show room and service center is comfortable and interesting, with new Mazda vehicles on the floor to admire while yours is in for service. Keurig coffee, too. Good place to spend some time. Check them out. **Update** My wicked sexy CX-5 is in for service, and my man Juan put me in a 2024 CX-30 Carbon Turbo for a few hours. Now, I can feel the torsion bar rear doing its thing versus my girl's independent, and it is lacking a few things that I love about my '5, namely a HUD, the Bose system, and paddle shifters. But I have to say, this car is frigging cool. And sexy. And I know the color combo of Zircon Sand and Teracotta is polarizing, but I love it. I love it because it's different. And the exhaust note with the same engine is, dare I say, better than my '5. Growly at anything over half throttle. I'm kinda "jelly" about that. I might have to give CorkSport a call. In any case, I'm having a great time with Chapman today. Buy your next car here. Then enjoy the excellent service. And coffee.

AWFUL dealership, with no customer service and they don’t care about doing the right thing. First of all, they gave us way less then we asked for our trade it due to “needing to take off the brand new vehicle wrap”. A week later, a client of mine test drove my car that was for sale WITH the wrap still on. We bought a used Mazda with about 25k miles on it. 3 months later I started hearing a jingling noise. My husband took a look at my brakes and they were metal to metal. We looked at the paperwork. It stated there was 6mm left on the pads. We called and discussed this and they will not cover the $400 in parts that are needed to replace the pads and rotors. I put less than 5k miles on the car, there is absolutely no way the pads went that quickly. They sold us a car “certified pre owned” to drive my family in safely and it was not inspected properly. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. Not to mention we waited over 3 hours to finish the deal with our 1 year old son with us and we had an appointment. It goes a long way to just own your mistake and do the right thing. Not Mazda.

Teresa R. - Review of my car buying experience at Chapman Ford Lincoln Mazda, with Doug Adams.
In April of 2024 I needed to purchase a used car for my son. Since I had purchased my last new car back in 2014 for myself and had such great service, I decided to head back to Chapman to look for a used car for my son.
It was a great decision!
Doug Adams was the sales person who helped me through the entire process, and he was great!
From our initial meeting, he was helpful, informative and really made me feel like he was genuinely interested in helping me to get the best car to meet MY needs. It took 3 visits from my first look, to brining in my son, till the final purchase & paperwork.
Doug was patient, informative and there to help me with any questions I had through all of it. He NEVER made me feel rushed or pressured. In fact, this was the most pleasant, low key car buying experience I have ever had.
I have had the car about a week now, and I am still getting great service after the purchase, as Doug has made sure to let us know he is there and happy to do a walk through with my son on the car and all it's great features at a time that will be convenient for my son (who was not able to be with me on the last visit when I picked up the car).
I am writing as I want to share the great buying experience I had. If others are in the market to purchase a car I would highly recommend Doug Adams and Chapman Ford Lincoln Mazda. If what you are looking for in your car buying experience is: informative, professional and kind service, where you are made to feel that your satisfaction with getting the right car for you is the priority, Chapman and Doug Adams is the place to go:)

Made an appointment here for when we were in AC to check on some items that Valvoline recommended. The guy at the desk went out to my car and looked under the hood and determined that everything was fine. Sent me on my way worry free and without any charge for taking a look. Even confirmed that I was good for 20k more miles before suggested work. Was in and out in five minutes and on the road before my scheduled appointment. Truly appreciate the care and honesty.

Doug Adams gave me the best experience I’ve ever had at any car dealership! When going to a car dealership is normally very painful and pushy this experience was very flat out and straightforward. When I asked for the price they gave me the actually price and layed out all of the rebates and when it came to it they worked with me! I will choose Chapman Mazda every time just because the high standard of customer service and with thanks to Doug Adams!

I was in the market for a new vehicle as my current Nissan lease was up in January. I did my research and gave Mazda a try since Car and Driver rated it so favorably. I started at a different dealership and wasn't happy with the salesman. I decided to drive the 45 minutes here from Gloucester Township. I knew what I wanted so I came prepared. My salesman name was Alan. Alan was the perfect mix of knowledge, assertive but not aggressiveness and personality. I read the previous reviews, sure, the Finance manager was nice , she had great reviews but I didn't buy my car here because of her highlighting skills and protection plan knowledge. I bought my car here because of Allen. He related to me and he treated me like a person, not just a sale. More importantly, I related to him and he made me feel comfortable that he knew what he was talking about and that he wanted me to get the best deal I could. The car buying process isn't my favorite but I love my new Carbon edition Turbo CX-5. I was inclined to write a review specifically about Allen because of the way I felt dealing with him. His partner Doug helped him at times when he was busy, and Doug is a nice guy, but I made my purchase at Chapman because of my initial experience dealing with the salesman. The building itself it beautiful, clean, friendly and filled with stock and it made the car buying process a lot easier than the previous 4 dealerships I went to last week. The sales manager, Mike was a nice friendly person also and everyone there made me feel good about this dealership. If you are looking for a new vehicle, first off, go with a Mazda! The price for what you get is top notch! And the people there made the experience better. And for the record, I don't know any of them or had ever been there before but I went with them even though I had a slightly better deal to a place that was closer to my home because they were better at what they do than the other dealership down the pike.

Ericka, my sales professional, was phenomenal!From the start of the process to the very end of my purchase experience, she was extremely knowledge about the Mazda CX5 GT. I am so elated about my purchase! After my purchase was complete, she gave me technology classes to help me understand my vehicle. I even needed some additional help and she FaceTimed me after business hours and was able to walk me through my issue.I will DEFINITELY be recommending Chapman Mazda and ESPECIALLY Ericka to all my friends and family.

The staff was top notch and very friendly. They explained terms patiently and also didn't mind looking up different information for me to make the best choice while other dealerships can be visibly impatient when asking. They were kind, considerate and polite. Definitely recommended.

Extremely happy, relieved, and satisfied with the excellent service I received after stopping in without an appointment after our car experienced a mechanical breakdown on a cross country trip.They immediately took the car in, called me with the diagnosis, ordered the parts and installed the next day. Truly exemplary service. Other dealers along the way quoted days or weeks to even look at our vehicle. Thank you Juan my service advisor who coordinated everything to perfection.
