“Had a very good experience with Budget at the ACY. When I returned the car, their agent, Joseph Limage, was professional, upbeat, personal, organized, and courteous. Every agent should learn from this stellar employee! The only reason that I am not giving 5 stars is because the initial agent upon renting the car was lackluster. She did not inform me that the car was a hybrid or walk me through the steps to operate the vehicle. She seemed like she just wanted to move on with her day. The return process was seamless. The car worked beautifully. I do recommend Budget at ACY, especially because of Joseph and the ease of picking up the car.”
“Their buses may not be the nicest, and they only have a couple seats on them, but this is a way better and cheaper mode of getting around AC than taking a NJ Transit bus or Taxi, and are much more frequent than the former. The drivers are also very friendly and have a good sense of humor.”
