Went in with some A/C issues, Ryan from service was more than helpful. The fact I was able to walk in, and made enough time for customer on a busy day was amazing. Not only was the issue resolved, but found it was all covered under warranty made my day. Thank you Ryan!

My recent encounter at Boardwalk Honda was unmatched. It was truly a seamless experience. General Manager Joe Viviani and General Sales Manager Steve May are top notch. They were kind, helpful, proficient, and are true professionals. Brian and Kurt in Finance were so kind, efficient, no pressure, and made the signing process a breeze. Jeremy Laboy was an excellent sales consultant. He had such a genuine personality, was knowledgeable, extremely professional, and made my car leasing experience one of a kind. An overall wonderful experience at Boardwalk Honda.

Best car dealership buy from by far. Walk in immediately feel like part of their family. They are very knowledgeable. I’ve purchased two automobiles from here with only salesman I’ll deal with Tamin. He’s extremely knowledgeable and goes way above and beyond help you with everything he’s rt by your side entrie time helping listening everything you want and more. First time meeting him was 6 years ago when I stop look for car solo hubby wasn’t with and w/o doubt this why I comment back he didn’t pressure me help me all way. I’ve since purchased newer automobile from him for my daughter and again he was beyond wonderful. Especially these times with Covid etc most are looking out for themselves especially when buying car which hard find cars rt now. He’s best he leaves ever Boardwalk’s Honda will be rt behind him and I am not getting any kickback from this review. We know most places are out for themselves not Tamin he’s out always looking out for me customer. He’s usually off Wednesday so go see him any other day won’t be sorry. My husband not usually one like sale ppl he absolutely feels same with him

In November 2023 we were in the market for a Honda CRV, which was apparently the hottest selling car in New Jersey then. However, we wanted the FWD model rather than AWD, and it seemed that no dealer in the tri-state area had one in stock or was going to get any in. We communicated with several local dealers, asking whether they could assist us with the purchase of a FWD model. No one was interested in pursuing this, and as popular as these vehicles are I can understand that. The only exception was Boardwalk Honda, where we now have a new friend named Brian. He went the extra mile to locate the exact CRV we were looking for – model, color, and FWD. To get that vehicle for us he needed to make a deal with the Maryland dealership that had it -- he swapped a car he had on his lot for the one we wanted. We went to Boardwalk Honda in the morning on Black Friday for a test drive, and after we made a deposit Brian personally drove to the dealership in Maryland, made the vehicle swap, and then drove back, for a total of 180 miles on Black Friday. Suffice it to say that I have never received anywhere near this level of service from any car dealer in the past (and I am retirement age). Other than that the transaction was simple because we did not finance the purchase or do a trade in; as noted, this car was in high demand but unlike other dealers, Boardwalk Honda did not try to add a premium charge to the MSRP, so I returned the favor by not trying to get it for less than that. Brian was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish, and he knows the product well. Thanks also to Cecelia for her assistance in facilitating the transaction. After you buy a car you get to spin a prize wheel – my wife did and won $75. After 17 years it was hard to say goodbye to our old CRV, but it was easy to say hello to our new one – We love it! Thank you Brian.

I had a wonderful experience working with Adam to lease a car! I was nervous about the process, the credit check, the commitment, the whole thing, really. But Adam was great! Low pressure, very pleasant and patient. Would definitely recommend!
