This was probably the worst BMW service I've ever had across the U.S. The service advisor was nice, but the technician's work was horrible. First, they didn't do anything I requested, and in addition, they performed other services that I did not expect. Second, when I picked up the car, the trunk was open, even though the service had nothing to do with the trunk. I think their team doesn't have much experience with the i8.

Car has been in there over a week and have not been updated on status. Call service no one answers the phone. I really don’t this place is managed well or has skilled technicians. Car has been back for same problems they fixed before. Not the kinda service we’re used to with other BMW dealers. If I could zero stars I would.

I'm not satisfy with this service at all!
I have some technical issue with my car (BMW Series 3) and they didn't resolve my problem. They took my car for three days and just told me that everything is good. But I shared the videos with knocking sound during driving. They charged me for 240$ for their "diagnostics" and told that they open a lot of time for it ?. Will be putting a claim on them and refunding the money I paid. Not recommend it. ???

Took my 2021 3 series to this location for servicing, my advisor was Jennifer. The service department had my car for a week, I received 1 phone call from my advisor throughout the week. I had to call every day for an update as my advisors communication was awful. I was told my car needed a part, the part was ordered and would be installed and ready for pick up. Fast forward 3 days, I'm made aware part was ordered. 3 days after I was told it was ordered!! The communication got so bad I had to get Ed, the service manager involved. He reassured me "no update is still an update and the advisors are to call everyday regardless of having new information" . I requested Ed to be the communicator through the remainder of the process and even he didn't call me back! Awful service, I will never recommend this dealership for servicing or purchasing. The general manager saw I left a negative response on their survey, reached out to schedule a call, I responded and then NOTHING. Absolutely ridiculous. Take a little bit of extra time out of your day and travel to Mount Laurel. Service and employees are outstanding compared to this establishment. This was definitely NOT the "BMW experience".

The service is always top shelf. Connor & Ed were fantastic to deal with. Dominic was over the top also. They got me right in for service and I had my car back by the end of the day.

Not sure what happened, but wanted to buy a car, was working with Windy, and I thought the deal would work out....fast forward can't get a call or email back from her or the Dealership. Basically just ignoring me at this point. This is business if you don't want to work with a client....then just say that. It seems it has happened before to others that have posted here. Also wanted an extra credit app to verify who I am even though I did one with BMW, even with all that said why ignore your base, do you think they will tell people to try you out in the future. I mean maybe they are just that busy and can afford to blow off customers. If it happens to you just move on to another dealership.

My 428i GC was repaired by this dealership in Sept. 2022 due to a problem with the Turbo. In December 2022 the car had to be towed to Circle BMW in Eatontown NJ. Oil was leaking from the vehicle. Come to find out the problem was caused by the Turbo oil return line not properly fastened; a problem caused by faulty workmanship by BMW of AC. This dealership has been very evasive (virtually only 2 calls telling me that they are working on it) and has yet to compensate me for the repair, rental car, gas and tolls. Based on what I've read on Yelp and BBB (F rating and multiple unresolved complaints), one should steer clear of this business. Since it has been over 2 months since the incident, I've file a claim in SMC looking to recoup my expenses. Whatever happened to accountability and good customer rapport?

I booked a repair of my car that was in an accident for 8-23-2022 and got a call today changing that to 9-28-2022. Why did they book me ? I can see a few days later, but 5.5 weeks is crazy. I am going somewhere else. Do not ever use this place. It delayed my car getting fixed by 3 weeks
