I would give negative stars if I could. The tailor treated me like a burden instead of a paying customer. Find someone else to help you. The absolute worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.

They ruined my new jack but refused to take responsible( lady Korean owner). The next time i come to tell her to be careful. She has such nasty attitude for the owner. Bad service!!!

I was going to this cleaners because it was close to my house and seemed convenient to drop stuff off there but from now on I’ll go the extra mile and take my business somewhere else.The lady got attitude and raised her voice at me because I wanted her to fix her sloppy work.

I started to use this cleaners and I am very happy!!..They do heavy starch which most cleaners don't want to do...They do a professional job...all shirts are hung in groups and pinned....this is the third time I been here and I think this is the best cleaners around....you can tell they must be good because they have a lot of dry cleaning hung up waiting to be picked up

TAKE YOUR DRY CLEANING SOMEWHERE ELSE. I have never posted a review of any business online (good or bad) until now. But after the experience I just had with Betty Brite Cleaners (located at 3003 English Creek Ave, Ste E in EHT, 08234), I cannot remain silent. I have been a customer of this dry cleaner for over 10 years—patronizing their EHT location at least 3x each month. I dropped off shirts last week, which I picked up on Wednesday (11/2/2022). This morning (11/4/2022), I removed the shirts from the bag only to find that two of the shirts had been damaged in the armpit area due to chemicals used. When I went in this morning to show the owner of Betty Brite the shirts (that they had just cleaned for me), he told me that the damage did not happen there—even though the shirts were still in the bag that I collected them in with the torn receipt attached. The owner said he would “fix,” then handed me a bill for additional charges, which I told him that I should not have to pay because the shirts were damaged by Betty Brite. The owner rudely said it did not happen there, then said that he washed the shirts by hand himself and did not use chemicals. When I questioned how the shirts were not damaged there when he admitted to washing them himself, he waved me out of the store. I have filed a complaint against Betty Brite Cleaners with the Better Business Bureau.Services: Laundry wash & fold

Quick and easy dry cleaning service located in the English Creek Shopping Center in Egg Harbor Township. I have dropped off clothes there for dry cleaning services multiple times and have never had an issue (I cannot speak to tailoring or alterations as I've never used their services). There is usually a 3 to 4 day turnaround time from drop off to pick up, which can vary based on the amount of clothes you drop off. Additionally, they provide a discount if you pay with cash.

I Always can get my stuff in two days. Stains if any are gone. My suits are well creased and ironed. No complaints at all and have been coming here since 2012 when I moved to EHT.

Dropped off a skirt to get altered a day in advance and was told it could be done and ready the next day at 2 pm.. fast forward to 2:30 pm she tells me she forgot to alter the skirt and had a hard time remembering what my skirt looked like and took her awhile to find it… very unprofessional and unreliable and I definitely will never recommend or come back
