On the sales side I was very pleased when I bought it. No nonsense. Chuck was a solid salesman and I had a great experience.
Not owning the truck for two months and having several problems including a brand new truck not starting due to an over the air update was severely frustrating and then the dealer having it for four days no offer of a loaner or assistance with a rental put a sour taste in my mouth. I was assigned to mark the man showed zero empathy and I just must have been a true bother trying to check in to see where we’re at being no one ever was reaching out to me.
I kept pushing to explore the other issue I had including offering to send video showing what the vehicle was doing to get further information. But they”checked the dash noise “ per the paperwork. If you’d wait five seconds instead of trying to rush me off the phone when we’ve spoken for twenty seconds you’d know it wasn’t the dash I even said was the problem. I get it the dealer is fixing the product they sell but any issue is really due to the manufacturers defect. I also understand I get that job must be stressful but when you spend a hair shy of $40,000 and you’re having several problems within two months a little extra politeness can be appreciated. I’m very shocked with how disappointed the whole service experience was from that. Especially after waiting to have to battle it out on the sales side and it being a pleasant experience. The staff I dealt with in sales as well as the receptionist ten out of ten but I’d never go back for service when not listened too and just brushed off. Evidentially GM didn’t learn anything since 2008 when they went bankrupt as they still build a crap product. Traded the truck in again not Bennetts fault since GM builds an inferior line of midsize trucks, I know if I ever buy another Chevy or GM vehicle to have it serviced at another dealer if this is their standard.

Extremely disappointed in this vehicle. I am now going on my second visit to the service center for problems with my BRAND NEW 25 Trax. And now their is a faulty front camera which needs to be ordered and has no ETA for the part. For a NEW car. I’ve lost time at work to bring it in. And still gonna be inconvenienced for the impending part. Did you sell me a lemon?! Do I need legal representation? Not a peep from you guys about the issues

First... Andy Strijker, who we have known via buying cars for over 30 plus years at Bennett's is a legend! A great salesman in the day, and even a better sales manager! He will ALWAYS "Get It Right" the first time, and truly cares about everyone of the clients of Bennett Chevrolet!
Second... Our sales persons Jordan Ashman and Nicole Garrett! They could not have done more to make sure we knew EVERYTHING possible about the SUV's we were interested in! Beyond friendly, and compassionate to make sure we were happy with the car testing and final buying experience!
Third... SERVICE! We have know Rich Anderson the service manager, Mark and the whole Bennett service team for 30 plus years! Even our 13 year old Traverse was ALWAYS serviced at Bennett Chevy the entire time... and now gifted, running and looking like new to my Son and his family!

I GO THERE BECAUSE THE PEOPLE ARE VERY PLEASENT AND HELPFUL TO THE PEOPLE.JORDAN WAS GREAT HE CALLED WHEN HE HAD A CAR FOR ME AND THEN HE LET ME KNOW WHEN ONE CAME IN HE KNEW I WOULD LIKE .I LOVE MY MALABU. WISH THEY DONT STOP MAKING THEM .I DONT LIKE SUV'S I DONT LIKE ELECTRIC I LIKE A CAR THAT TAKES GAS .BENNETT CHEV .IS GREAT .

The Service here sucks. No communication what so ever, almost had an accident Monday, the lady told me the guy will get back to me but never called me back until I called back Tuesday then the lady said he isn’t here and he will be back in an hour or so, then few hours pass by and I called back the lady said that everyone was gone for the day. Like what? Just like I said no communication what so ever. I’ve gone there multiple times about the same problem with my vehicle and they have given me the runaround for months. When I express my concerns and what’s been happening with the car they always tell me something different is going on. I pay all this money out of pocket and the problem on my vehicle is still not fixed. I’ve Almost got into an accident due to the issues that’s been happening with my car and still constantly expressing my concerns with them and nothing has been done. How they going to run a diagnostics few months ago and couldn’t find a problem, yet when I almost had accident few days ago all of a sudden it’s the battery, then they tell me they don’t do diagnostics on the battery so what you mean you guys don’t do diagnostics on the battery when you guys ran a diagnostics few months ago and couldn’t find anything but you guys ran a diagnostics today and found out it was the car battery. Say what???luckily my Dad was there today but how are you guys going to change some stories when my dad was there with me, is it because theirs a male that knows his stuff and you guys are just saying this to me because I’m a female and don’t know much about cars? With all the money I’ve been giving you guys with the same issues and nothing has been done, what’s going on…I mean this has been happening for months now, like No one cares about how you feel, everything is about money, and honestly do not recommend going to this shitty place. Like do better.
