Worst service dept. I have ever dealt with. Had harness replaced in my Chevy Malibu shifter 2 yrs ago. Recently started having the exact same problem and now I have to pay again for the to replace the same part. Even though the tried to assist why am I pay for a part that was supposed fixed pryer? Secondly totally scratched one of my rims didn't say anything. Allowed me to take my vehicle of the lot until I seen it. When I took my vehicle back few hrs later was told tech told them about the damage but nobody choose to notify me. Love John Dennik the sales rep that I bought the car from but dealing with the service dept has been a nightmare. On top of the fact my car was been there at least 10x for various issues. In my humble opinion will never purchase another vehicle from GM or Bennett Chev EHT......

Last time, I had to wait 1 hour and 45 minutes for oil change, which was unprecedented. However, the staff is friendly and the wait area is nice. It's much better than Atlantic VW Audi at EHT, where I once spent the whole afternoon.

Parts department was honest and thorough. I appreciate that I had to wait a couple of extra days to get the part but they kept me informed. Just a professional department doing professional work to them but as a customer I really appreciate them. Thank you.

I was very impressed and happy with the service team.It was very easy to make the appointment, drop the car off, check-in, and pick up the truck.My problem was fixed. I didn't think it would be fixed on the first try, if at all, but they did it.Very satisfied!!!

This is a nightmare with Bennett Chevrolet in Pleasantville NJ not only that they do not have any customer service. Unprofessional conduct now it's not even about the tire issue from the brand new vehicle that my son bought from this dealership but because we have been posting reviews of the dealership of how they handle customer service our experiences with this dealership. The manager from Bennett Chevrolet in Pleasantville NJ has personally texted my 19-year-old son still an adolescent, on his personal cell phone telling him that if we do not take down the reviews, he will be contacting my sons employer for further action to be taken. Managers name at this dealership is Andrew Long We're not sure if he's a regional manager at this dealership, but he was the one who contacted my son with unprofessional messages my son has filed a police report against this person. My son feels threatened and bullied. This dealership has an F under the BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU... the more reviews I post the more negative thanks we hear about this dealership. Had we done our research we would've found out how bad this dealership is and because they are privately owned as they say they can do whatever they want.

awful place magical every car you wanna see is always in the back or not ready yet then don't list it online avoid this place at all cost went in to trade a car in got stuck with the wrong car because they claim my credit wasn't good enough but yet put me in a car that was way more hope this place closes permanently
