The facility is very nice. Friendly staff. But please read your contact. We had to put our membership on hold. Then tried to cancel because my husband needs knee surgery. Which the treadmill aggravated his condition. We were told ther is a 30 day cancelation policy and we would be charged to cancel. I just think that this is so unfair if you have a medical condition and can't continue.. Just a thought...

I wish I could give 5 stars but unable as they do not keep up with basic maintenance in the ladies shower room. Despite several complaints from members, still nothing is done. Only 3 showers have hot water. Shower stall #3 & #4 no hot water & feels ice cold. Basic maintenance goes along way for member satisfaction, being ignored does not. The trainers & instructors are excellent & only reason I am a member.
