The only Volkswagen in south Jersey that charges a fee for a diagnostic on my vehicle. Been to Tom’s river n Turnersville multiple times. Got my car towed to both them places and no fee. I have a warranty and somehow eht is the only place that charges and I find it bullshit. N that’s why since the moment I bought my car from Turnersville. I continued to take it there even tho I’m less than 2 miles from eht.

I'm not going to say don't buy from them. If you do, make sure the purchase price is WELL BELOW what you find elsewhere. That is the only thing that will make dealing with them worth it.
Be warned, you will be ignored after a sale is completed. If you call them afterwards, they will either: (1) transfer you to no one, (2) say they’ll call you back and never will, or (3) hang up.
I've been trying to get a permanent license plate for a car purchased 9 weeks ago. I was initially told the delay was with the DMV/MVC, but have been ignored as I've tried to get more recent updates on status/timing. They also charged a $400 fee at the time of sale for services like getting license plates. Feels like they just took it and ran.
Buy from them at your own risk but make sure it’s at the lowest price you’ve ever seen. Expect zero service afterwards.

I will revise this review after my CPO vehicle has it’s go back work and other items addressed. It’s been a shaky experience so far, trying to coordinate and get confirmation of the items the dealership will be reviewing. Also it’s very odd they don’t do overnight loaner vehicles. I was told most dealerships don’t do that anymore, but I’ve dealt with three dealerships in the past two years that do.
I hope for a little better communication and to get my work taken care of promptly and will gladly change this to a five star review. Right now it feels like a two star experience.

Today, I received a call at 7:30 from Mike Hodge and Manager Goodwin, who operate in the service department. After being awakened from my slumber, I was told by Mike and Goodwin, "we don't want to get married to the vehicle." Which brought me to a bit of shame and emotional distress after I confirmed a 10 am appointment for diagnosis just that evening before, with the service department's secretary. As a result, I am already down a $125 tow charge with vehicle never having been glanced over once. No OBD test, no diagnosis and no advisory from their service department leaders as to what I could do next in order to have the vehicle serviced. After I complete this review, I will need to contact another tow service and probably use another $125 plus to have it sent over to a VW dealership, which is probably 30 miles away, at the very least. In two simple, yet terrifying words to any non-mechanic, the entire experience was "unprofessional and fraudulent." Find a real VW dealer, would be my suggestion to anyone contemplating bringing their German product to Atlantic Chrysler Dodge 'Volkswagen' on Tilton Road in Northfield, NJ. If I could give them no STARS and this review still be listed for you all to read, trust me, they deserve it.

Do not ever purchase a car here if you want to be told the truth. If you are good with misrepresentation and lies then you’re good. Otherwise. Buyers beware.

I bought a lovely VW Atlas from VW Atlantic City 18 months ago from a salesman called Chris - absolutely first class service but he has left.
Since then the post sales service has been disgraceful. From 18 months to receiving a vehicle registration to trying to upgrade to the new atlas. I waited 4 months after putting in a sales enquiry but no response.
The Sales Manager Tom sends a text about deals / offers to which I responded with detail of the entire experience- no clarification, no apology and simply sends a text 'call the dealership'!. And this is the Sales Manager - I politely respond saying 'No, when a customer is having a poor experience you should call' which he ignored.
How can a so called Sales Manager set an example and drive sales when clearly he is the actual problem and not coaching as he is clueless!
Very poor and as a Doctor I rarely leave negative reviews but these guys should not be customer facing.
To respond to the owners message - Have you actually read the review ? If you had you would know my name, the sales managers name Tom and that I had sent messages which he has ignored so he has my number. Have you even spoken to him re this review?

Isaac was extremely helpful and straightforward during the process. When I felt like I was getting the runaround at other dealerships, he gave me the facts and got me into a new car without any hesitation. Would definitely recommend friends and family to get their next VW here!

John Clark, Ahmed, and Gavin provided exceptional customer service throughout the leasing process. Their professionalism and efficiency made the entire experience smooth and hassle-free. Their attention to detail and willingness to address any concerns ensured that I left the dealership feeling confident in my decision. I highly recommend working with them for anyone in the market for a new vehicle.

We had a very good experience with Dan. He provided answers to our questions and found us the car we wanted at the price we wanted.
