I was referred to Atlantic Auto Body by my car dealer and I could not possibly be happier with the treatment both I and my car received there. From Miss Kathleen at the front desk to the person who cleaned my car the experience was amazing. They did the work involved with the insurance company, I got an appointment right away and the work was completed even more quickly than promised. I even got good driving tips when I picked my car up ?
And finally, the car was spotless, inside and out. Even the tires had been polished. If I could give 10 stars I would not hesitate. Can’t recommend Atlantic Auto Body highly enough.

I made the mistake of taking my vehicle to Atlantic Auto Body for repair after a crash. This shop is understaffed, and they do not know anything about customer service. They have no service advisors. When calling, you're lucky to get either the Office Manager Kathleen or the General Manager Bill. There were several times that I called when neither were in, and I would only speak to a mechanic.
Repairs were not explained to me, either prior to or upon completion. Getting updates from the shop was very difficult. As stated, there were times when no one there could give an update. I complained to Bill about this, and he asked how often I would like updates. I told him every 2 days. His reply was "I'm not going to do that, I'll call you once a week on Fridays". He has no customer service skills at all, and he is argumentative. He also did not call every Friday. I hope never to have to deal with him again.
My vehicle was moved to a different facility for suspension repair, and I was not notified. The entire process was done without notifying me of what was happening. Dealing with the aftermath of a crash is difficult enough without the company that I am paying to help recover from it being so opaque and argumentative.
We reached a point where he was ready to stop repairs and have my car towed out, rather than deal with an unhappy customer. I did not disagree, but he had already been paid by my insurance provider, and they would not allow this.
Bill called me the Thursday before the week that I picked up the vehicle to let me know that it might be ready by Friday, but that he wanted time to detail it inside and out. I told him we could wait until next week. He did not call on Friday, which he previously had said he would do weekly. No call on Monday. I had to call them on Tuesday to get status, when I learned they had sent the final paperwork to the insurer on Tuesday.
When I picked up the car, it was not detailed. In fact, they had left a used Wawa cup in my car. I don't know what gives them the nerve to drink in a customer's vehicle or to treat it like a trash can. When I pointed out to Bill that it was not detailed like he had said, his response was "I don't owe that to you". He has no customer service skills, and on top of that, he is a liar. In business, fulfilling your promises to customers can be a make or break customer satisfaction.
Finally, they have the audacity to illegally charge a credit card surcharge - as if body repair is not profitable enough. They do not have the signage at the point-of-entry that the state of New Jersey requires, so this is not legal. I try not to patronize businesses that think this is appropriate, and I did not have that information when I dropped off the vehicle after hours. They have been reported to New Jersey Consumer Affairs for this.
I asked one of the mechanics who Bill's boss was. He did not know, but he said they were owned by Cherry Hill Dodge, which is where the vehicle had been taken for suspension work. I called and left a message for their General Manager, but he did not return my call.
Between my wife and me, our last 7 vehicles have been Dodge/Jeep/Ram products. We lease, so on average we get a new vehicle every year-and-a-half. Cherry Hill Dodge will definitely not get our business, and we're making sure that the New Jersey Jeep Club is aware of what we've gone through with this shop.

People are honest! They go above and beyond to help! I will use this place from now on! Very satisfied with the way I was treated, especially being a female. They had no clue I was the owner of BadBoys, just honest and fair! ❤️❤️❤️

Wonderful place with a wonderful manager and amazing staff. I went in after my bumper was messed up from a speed bump. They put screws in for me free of charge. World class people in my opinion.

If not for Atlantic Auto Body Shop I wouldn't have a car. My engine blew, I thought it was over for my car. Got it towed to atlantic auto body shop, an they were able to get everything fixed for me. The staff were amazing an kept me updated along they way. This was my 2nd time using them for car repairs, and they did not disappoint. My car runs great, and I wouldn't take it anywhere else for future repairs. Thank you Atlantic Auto Body Shop.

I had my vehicle repaired at Atlantic Auto Body, the front office was extremely helpful from the time I dropped my vehicle off till the day I was called that my vehicle was ready, I rec'd weekly updates while my vehicle was in the shop, picked up my vehicle and it looks great just like nothing ever happened.

This place is just going down the hill each and every day if ghetto is your thing then this is your place. I wonder if the owner knows what goes on at this place, but I'm still going to report them to the BBB. Bill is possibly one of the biggest scumbags i've met in my 40 years of life. The old lady upfront doesn't know what she's talking about. Although, the young man in the back was very respectful I hope he gets a different job. He's got a bright future can't imagine surrounding myself in that kind of environment. Hace is your guy if you need anything or just want to deal with a normal human being. He knows what he's talking about for sure!

Great auto body shop! When I first called I spoke to Kathleen who was an absolute pleasure, calm and helpful. She received all the information about my car. I received a follow-up call from Bill, the owner of the auto shop. They gave me an appointment very quickly. When I arrived they had everything ready and prepared. Bill the owner came out to meet with me (which I thought was incredible customer service), we walked the car and they put together the estimate. When we returned from vacation the car was complete, Bill walked the car with us again and even had it detailed! Phenomenal job all around from start to finish! Hopefully nothing else happens to our cars, but if it does we are DEFINITELY bringing it back here!

I took my Ford f150 down to Atlantic Auto body after it was hit and met Bill the manager. I could not be more happier with the work that was done to my truck. My truck will only be worked on by them from here on out. Definitely better then any shop in my area.

After Mt Ephraim Dodge had our car for almost a year where they did the worst job possible & on top of it talked to us so disrespectfully we then had to then find another body shop and that’s where we came across Bill Miller at Atlantic Auto Body and he assured us our vehicle would be in good hands and I MUST SAY, THAT HE DID! We got our vehicle back in great shape. He repaired where dodge had crashed my vehicle bringing it back after releasing it to us in unsafe conditions and then crashed it when we brought it back to them. ATLANTIC AUTO BODY FIXED ALL THE REPAIRS THAT DODGE CAUSED TO OUR CAR! I would recommend anyone Atlantic auto body and ask for Bill Miller. you will be in great hands!

They did an EXCELLENT job on my 2019 Chysler 300 S. Looks like when I first purchased it off the show room floor. It took some time though, but like they said it will be worth the wait. I couldn't be any more happier. They made me feel like
