I could not say enough AMAZING things about them. I've gotten to know Don & Jen, the owners, over the past few months, and they are the most honest, truthful, and optimistic people I've met while working with automotive repair shops. They are always there when you need them, have extremely fair and competitive pricing for work needed, and have gotten multiple of my vehicles done within the same day or next day depending on the task at hand. if you are looking for a shop that is honest, and are done getting taken advantage of, turn no further. While in the area last week, my dashboard malfunction light came on. I called White Horse Auto Repair and they told me to come in right away. My car was fixed in less than 2-hours… and at a reasonable cost. I live in NYC and have never gotten such good service. Thank you White Horse Auto Repair. Was given their word on when my vehicle would be ready and they then took 4 extra days to change the brakes. Very unprofessional of a business to make a promise and make no effort to keep it.

Called for a quote for a timing chain replacement on Monday, said they would call me back next day after getting a price on parts from the dealership. Next day I Called back they said they still waiting for dealership to get back to them . Now it's Thursday still haven't heard from anyone. I guess I have to find someone that's more professional to do the work.

Seems like they can't give you an estimate for repairs without putting you in their system I only needed to know a ballpark figure of what a repair might cost I don't think I need to be in anybody system for that so I left I'll find somebody else

I needed a rear subframe repair. It turned into an even more in-depth job. I must say that my car rides BETTER than it did when I first bought it! Helen was very patient and professional with me as I was an anxious caller and worried about the length of time the repairs required. I felt very comfortable with the price of the job, especially considering the dealership or a franchise shop would've charged 2-4 times as much. This place was recommended to me by a friend and I will recommend it to someone else.Services: Steering/Suspension
