Would give 0 if possiable. Supposed to remove the plates and call me when car was picked up. Never called, and never took the Plates off. Just another overpriced , Not my job Chico towing company. Now i have to spend a whole day trying to Locate the plates that need to be returned to DMV by Law.

Very disappointed, I've used them twice in the past for lock out service and they were very reasonable. So I figured if I ever have towing needs I would call them first. That happened the other day and they charged me 417 bucks for a 14 mile tow and one new tire. So much for giving the Mom and Pop businesses a chance. Pep Boys would of towed my car the same distance for 109 and 100 for the tire. But they already picked up my car so it was to late. Never again

Hy way motors should be ashamed of themselves!!! Car needed to be towed and Xmas ornaments were left in the car and they refused to allow us to get them even after offering to pay to get them!! The owner said he'd give me the ornaments for $500! Explained im a single mom outta work due to work accident n they couldn't care less! Christmas is about spreading Xmas joy n doing good and this place just totally failed! I would never in my life recommend them! Check abc news coming up, called and told them the story and they found this to be a horrible way to do business and that it was horrible this company wouldn't release Xmas items for a child!!! Never do business here!
