“Went to return an online order today. Brenda, the sales associate, commented on the nice color of the shoes. I told her I really liked the shoes too but the sale price was still too high (buyer's remorse), so I decided to return them.
Normally, a sale associate will do just what you ask & you go on your way. Well, Brenda went beyond what was expected. She mentioned that the shoes had a better sales price today. I was so appreciative. She did a return & I bought the shoes at the NEW SALES price... Total blessing.”

“Was pretty blown away by how much selection they had for guys. Prices easily better then Walmarts and while not everything is going to be up your alley they have a lot of quality clothes and unique picks. As a guy you'll want to buy a size smaller then you normally are nine times out of ten.”

“Store is a hit or miss. Most times you find what you are looking for. This last time there was very low inventory. Always good though to check out for good buys.”
“I walked around to take a look, I picked up a few things, but when I got to the register, I asked a hair tool. The cashier didn't think that they had it, but asked the floor staff who quickly brought it to the register.”
“Store was clean & employees were nicer then most family dollar. That really makes a difference. Nothing worse then spending money at a place where they all/most have an attitude. I will drive the extra few miles to go there opposed to the one near me ❤️”
“The store shelves were loaded. But, you have two broken scooters , with "out of order" signs on both of them. Please fix them for the disabled and partially "out of order" consumers.?”
“They now only have four registers with cash register operators. They have removed all of the cash register operators and replace them with self-checkout where no one knows how to work these things, And there's always too long of a line waiting to check out your stuff now because there's no registers to go to with an operator that will ring your stuff up for you.”
“This store is located in the Hamilton Mall. I liked the selection of outfits they had. The store was clean and well organized. The staff were all very friendly and helpful.They have both, mens and women’s clothing.I would definitely go back again to shop at this location.”

“I got my both covid-19 vaccine shots done in this pharmacy and they screwed up my digital records so now the QR code only shows 1 shot, which was actually my second shot. I went there to talk to someone in person, they said the first shot was cancelled in their system, and that it happened before, that there is a problem with the system. They said they can't fix the record themselves and they need to talk to the district manager, then they said they sent an email somewhere and the record will be fixed in a few days. One week later it's still not fixed, and when I called the pharmacy, they said they don't know the status. Incompetent people.
Update: the manager called me and took care of the problem. I am raising the rating because they solved the problem. Besides this vaccination , I went there for flu shots and everything went well.”

“I love going to this store, but because of some issues I've had (with only some- very few) employees.. I had to give 4 stars. However I'm so happy with a handful of those employees who go above and beyond to help fix those issues.. I love this store though, great prices, nice location and very good selection almost always in stock.”
