Order was supposed to be in after 3 o'clock at 6 o'clock. I tried to cancel it without my receipt and put back on my card. They stated not without a receipt. That has to be the stupidest policy ever. It's going back on the original card they had on file. Don't order parts they won't come in when they say.

This place is full of ish… I ordered a part was called the night before around 8/9 to tell me my part was there. Got another call the next day 1pm to tell my part is there I said okay I will pay for the part when my mechanic comes. Well my mechanic didn’t come til 8pm that night and they sold my part to someone else like are you kidding me. Nope I’m just over it

Two young gentlemen helped me out . Very polite and knowledgeable over heard them talk about when a call comes in and they have a customer at the register. They said if they are checking someone out and the phone rings, they have to answer the call and take care of them before finishing with the customer in the store. If that ever happens to me I would walk out and never come back. That person that calls should know, customers in the store need to be helped first. And the employees will get to them asap

Stopped in the EHC NJ store today because my headlight was out. The store was well stocked, clean, and all of the employees were friendly nd very knowledgeable. Thank you Nate nd Susan for going out of your way to help me by installing the new bulbs & makeing sure my headlights were now working correctly.

Bought a part for my air conditioner they ordered it it came in the next day the wrong one and I've been waiting 3 days for the right one to come in the lady behind the counter has an attitude problem and when you call up there she's got an attitude problem and I shouldn't say lady cuz she's a young girl
