ZOGO MEDICAL is a SCAM/ FRAUDUALENT COMPANY.... They charged my credit card twice, I NEVER received the Product and I have called several times and sent several emails with NO call or email back.

Ordered shampoo and conditioner, received apparently unauthentic thin product without the same fragrance. Seems fake, I suggest caution because what was shipped to me is not what I ordered. Sorry I thought these people where worth buying from.

BEWARE! No one answers the phone. Zogo has not returned 6 phone calls left with voicemail messages. I placed an order and paid extra for expedited shipping (1-3 days). It was shipped out within one day but will not arrive until 8 days after order was placed. They SHIP within the time frame but ship via the cheapest means possible so you're waiting a long time in pain for your medical equipment. Per tracking, it has been sitting in Illinois UPS for 2 days without leaving. Meanwhile I can't get an an answer as to size, etc since no one returns calls and I wait for a back brace that I'm not sure is coming and if it does, if it will fit. I'm not sure this is a real business.

Customer service is rude and impatient, not understanding of customers needs and rely on policy statements rather than attempting to be empathetic. I ordered last Friday at 2:04 pm and it is now Wednesday of the following week and all I was told is that my order will be shipped within 24 hours. I needed the item 2 days ago that is why I paid for expedited shipping. My clinic is without the tools it needs because this company can not send an item out in a timely manner.

The coupons listed on the ZogoMedical website itself are extremely misleading. I purchased an expensive item through this website specifically because it offered, and I quote, "30% OFF use obagi30 at checkout." I entered this code, but surprise! It didn't get applied to my final order. When I called the company to ask about this, they said it's because it only applies to certain products. Well, the coupon doesn't say that. It says exactly what I wrote above. The responsible thing to do would have been to give me the discount anyway and revise their website to be more honest and specific, but as of this posting, they have done neither. I will never buy from them again.

I tried to place an order with lowest prices on the internet. I provided my credit card information and the order would not process. I contacted my credit card company and Zogo Medical for assistance. The indicated the address was incorrect. I spent over one hour between the credit card company and this business trying to place an order and never succeeded.
I question if they are a real business. I went to another medical supply website, placed the order, and within 5 minutes I ordered the produced I had requested from Zogo Medical, that it took several days and Zogo Medical failed to deliver and their system would not process my credit card. Do not use this company. I worry they are not real.
