It’s unfortunate that I had to experience such an unprofessional service at the Wells Fargo, Rt 27, Edison location. I got relocated here few months back and needed assistance regarding few things. After couple of unfruitful visits and quite a number of follow ups, I was told to leave my contact information and two particular representatives were supposed to get back to me and none did. I had to visit again today in person and was told casually that they can’t assist me anymore! They literally didn’t do anything any day anytime! On top they asked me to follow up and I did relentlessly, every week. They were supposed to get back to me and took all my contact information but they never did. Those two representatives just gave me FALSE HOPES! This is HORRIBLE and no one should have the right to give FALSE HOPE to a customer, however big or small, important or unimportant he or she is!
CUSTOMER SERVICE SHOULD NOT BE LIKE THIS AT ANY COST!
I really question the level of professionalism they claim to carry with their duties towards the customers.
I would definitely like to consider to report to some kind of consumer platform about the unprofessionalism of the staff of this location.
I should not have made to face this!

This Wells Fargo branch is THE BEST one out there. The tellers are friendly, knowledgeable and professional. In particular, Anastasia, who is ALWAYS super helpful and extremely friendly. I always enjoy my visit to this branch and get well taken care of. I used to go to other branches for my banking, but once I found this branch, I don't want to go anywhere else. Thank you and keep up the good work!

No more drive thru, long ungodly lines inside, just horrible. I will be looking to switch to a bank not in the Stone Age that utilizes a drive thru. This place has gone back in time. Wake up it’s 2024.

If I could give a zero I would. I been banking at Wells Fargo for 8 plus years with multiple accounts personal and business after today I will be looking for a new bank to deal with. I walked in looking to open a new business account all bankers were doing absolutely nothing playing on their phone. When I asked if they could assist I was informed only appointment. I understand the theory working of a schedule/appointment but I run a business my self and if a bank isn't convenient to help assist then that bank is no longer the right bank for me

Jasmin R was very helpful in getting me set up with a few accounts that were less commonly opened at the branch. She worked with the corporate offices and collected the information needed to help me out. Throughout the time we spent together, she was friendly and collegiate, to say nothing of her persistence in resolving the issue, in spite of roadblocks outside of her control. I'd seek her out in particular for future banking help and is a primary reason why I'd continue banking at WF over other locations.

I came in an hour before they closed asking for help to set up a new savings account, the woman who looked to be the manager on duty told me she did not have time for me and to go online and do it myself. I was honestly pretty upset considering I’ve been banking with them for over 5 years and never once was declined like that. Also having questions on different types of accounts that I had and wanted to ask in person, she then told me the online way is common sense and I’d be able to figure it out. I wouldn’t go to this branch.

Took 25 minutes and 3 withdrawal tickets as well as going from drive thru to inside just to take out a measly 3k. Was given cold demeaning attitude from teller Lisa. Taking my money out asap. If I could give 0 stars I would!!! I also didn’t appreciate another teller or manager looking over her shoulder staring at my information on the screen for no reason!!! No greeting, no thank you.

Very rude bank teller, all we wanted to do was withdraw money...never going back there again. She was was asking so many questions, doubting us all the way and said we couldn't withdraw...We went to Highland park after they were very nice people, i highly recommend.

I went to the bank to make a deposit and the cashier asked me if I had a social security number and it bothered me because I don't know why he asks me to make a deposit, I understand that he asks me for the license, he treats me too rude

If I could give them a 0 I would. Least personable branch I have ever had the misopportunity to visit! I don't drive so I walked to the bank. Upon arriving they were closed on a weekday at 1pm. MAC was out of cash so I Walked to the drive up and was told they couldn't serve me for insurance purposes. They said they were closed due to short staff? This branch seems to go out of thier way to inconvenience customers. After all, it's MY MONEY!
