Here at 8am as it says the pharmacy is open on Google. It’s not open until 9am. Walgreens is always a disappointment. Seems like they are going out of business because they don’t know how to run a business properly. Update your Google hours.

Hell like service. Waited almost 1 hour for couple of prints. People who work here are not at interested in working. Get a life people dont waste others time as you are wasting your time in the store.

No wonder why Walgreens is going out of business. I called them up on their main line and made an appointment for a rabies shot after getting bitten by a racoon. I visited the Westfield store that I made the appointment with and they did not have the vaccine. They said that after I made the appointment, I should have called. How would I know to do that? They told me that the Edison store had it. I drove to Edison and got there at 1:40 to find out that they are closed until 2:00 for lunch. When the staff returned they told me that they didn't have the vaccine and why did I come there. I told them that Westfield sent me. After searching, they found that they had 1 shot. After giving them all of my info and filling out a form, at 2:30 they told me that they could not administrator a shot post-bite, only pre-bite. I wasted 2.5 hours dealing with Walgreens. Never again.

Horrible customer service, old woman just would not scan my items and ended up chasing me away when i asked if we can try the other register, they just hire anyone here

Every time I come to this store it takes the cashier several minutes to come and assist me. They usually stare at their phone or items in the store and ignore you until you ask for assistance, sometimes more then once. They are never polite or friendly and it takes several minutes just to complete the purchase of a soda or drink. I would give 0 stars

I was at the pharmacy yesterday to drop off a prescription but to pick up at another location , the woman who assisted me , told me I have to go to Woodbridge and that there too busy , apparently she tried to brush me away but I knew what she told me about going to Woodbridge was a lie.This woman needs more training and also needs customer service skills. Check your cameras I was there around 1:10pm, she right out lied just not to help.
