They are AMAZING HERETHIS IS THE BEST WALGREENSThey are very polite and go above and beyond to help you. I don’t have to wait over an hour for my prescription by the time I handed in and walk around for a few minutes. My prescriptions are always ready. I have to say that I used to go to the Walgreens in Somerville New Jersey and that was one of the worst pharmacy is this Walgreens is absolutely amazing. I highly recommend this pharmacy and even the store everyone super nice here and I absolutely love it. Yes it’s an older store but that doesn’t matter because of how they treat you.

Boy do I hate this place! Today I went to pick up a prescription and they are CLOSED! All day! What kind of pharmacy is closed all day ?

The WORST place to get prescriptions. Every time we go, it's an issue. Last month they decided to close at 7p even though in the drive thru window (after waiting an hour & they didn't have my prescription ready) that they TOLD me they closed at 9p. That's also what was online but that didn't matter when I showed up a minute before 7. They took two people ahead of me (that also arrived at 7) & one guy behind me who showed up about 10 after 7. Went the next day & the pharmacist apologized because the manager didn't want to help me since they'd have to call insurance & they needed to close. Twice I couldn't get my daughters prescription, another time they didn't have mine ready & told me to wait 30 minutes, said they'd text me. Mind you, I was already in line for 45 minutes & my doctor put in the order a few hours before I went to pick up. They didn't have it ready until THREE DAYS later!! Went in on a Friday, got the text on Monday. Today, a prescription was called in for us at 9a. Called to see if it was ready & they told us they "never got it". The doctor confirmed they left a voicemail at 9a. When we called back, the pharmacy said "we got the voicemail. It'll be 30mins"...smh. This place drags a*$

Honestly... Walgreens fell flat. They use to be really good. That was the reason why I left CVS. Prior to Covid they already were falling, so they can't blame that. They were awful with refills and calling for them. I'm so happy I moved to a mom & pop pharmacy. I couldn't be happier! I should have moved from a big chain long ago

Horrible customer service. I scheduled a COVID test and I was on the car line for the drive through 10 min before my appointment. They had a long line and my car got to the front at 5 min after my appointment. After that, they took 10 extra minutes to acknowledge me. When they finally did, they told me I had to reschedule because I was late. I explained that I was early and waiting for them but the answer was again and again that I had to reschedule. Horrible customer service. I’ll stick with CVS!

Had a nightmare to get Covid shot here. Took over an hour!!! And I had an appointment!! So what's the purpose of the scheduling system if you cannot honor the booked timeslot?! Won't come again. Switch to CVS and have better experience there.

Is this the Walgreens on Route 1, near a Rite Aid and Dunkin? If so, I must say twice in a row I've been badgered by an employee there who furthermore seemed to not understand ANYTHING. I got a gift card from a return I had to make, and he had no idea how it worked and kept insisting that I had no credit on it. Now the night before, he similarly was pushy as closing time was coming (understand, but I stick with customers till the job's done at my job) and was similarly acting clueless when it came to checking my friends out. Was a bit sarcastic and pushy there too.

I just called this place to set up my prescription and this woman named Sabita was rushing me off the phone multiple times. Very rude and lack of good customer service. I know I'm not calling the Ritz-Carlton (look them up and their customer service) but basic phone etiquette is all you need. Way to work with people Sabita.

Absolutely horrible and embarrassing. An employee of the store accused me of stealing in front of other customers. I was livid! I don't think I ever went close to the isle where you would find the item for which he claimed I stole. I am not happy with Walgreens at all right now!!!

The pharmacy staff is always friendly, polite, and professional. They provide quick service and are knowledgeable and informative; eager and able to answer any questions about my prescriptions. I am so grateful to have such a great team at this pharmacy.
