I had an amazing experience buying a certified used car from Open Road Volvo. I worked with Ken to pick the perfect car for me. As I considered a few different options, Ken worked me through all the pros and cons and really helped me land on the car we both knew I wanted. We had a great experience at Open Road Volvo , and especially enjoyed working with Sean Ryniec. Our transaction was straightforward and our interactions with everyone at the dealership were pleasant, and most importantly, we didn't have to spend hours in the showroom to get our deal done.
Sean was enjoyable to work with, and was forthcoming with all possible options and offered his thoughts/opinions based on our growing family's needs. It felt like he, ultimately, wanted to get us in the right car for our family, so he wasn't pushy and gave us space to make our decisions.
Thanks to the team for making it easy, even with an infant in tow, we will definitely be back for our next Volvo!

Excellent salesmen, Ken was very patient with assisting me and did his best to answer all questions I have. We did 2 test drive with no limits on how I want to test the car. Overall Five star for Ken for his help. Price fir lease, I think all dealership the same. All discounts you receiving are got back to zero discount after dealership/lease...etc... fees. I was not to argued after been 4 hours in dealership and having personal situation that need car asap.

Ken was a great to work with. He was totally straightforward during negotiations for my Volvo plugin hybrid ... no surprises at signing. He also went above and beyond after sale to make sure we got our new license plates in time for a road trip. Ken and the dealership never felt like a high pressure or hard sell experience (e.g., over extras such as extended warranty, which I have experienced elsewhere). I was heading out of state after closing and Ken made sure the closing process was quick and easy.

We had a fantastic experience at Open Road Volvo of Edison recently, when we leased a 2024 XC-60. We worked with Ken Kiczales, who made the process easy and stress-free. He was extremely knowledgeable about the car and patiently answered our many questions about features, lease terms, and the overall process, which was new to us having never leased or bought a car before! He had a technician spend time with us to review the car and ensure we were fully set up. He personally checked everything over with us and addressed all our last minute questions. We appreciated his honesty, enthusiasm and patience and we would 100% recommend Open Road Volvo and Ken to friends and family. And, best of all, we love our new car! Volvo Edison has been a great company to collaborate with. Yes, their vehicles alone have so much to offer, but their staff, especially Alexa Perez makes it memorable. Even before setting foot into the premises, Alexa showed me sincere respect and interest in supporting me finding the perfect the vehicle after having two back to back unfortunate motor vehicle accidents earlier this year. When we finally met in person, she was an angel. She was attentive, patient and most importantly so supportive during my recovery. She made the process of a new lease even easier than last time. She’s truly an asset to the company and the only person I’d like to work with again when I return Volvo Edison.

We purchased the car in May and received temporary registration and title and they have STILL not sent the permanent plates or title. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! Every time I reach out I get nothing but the runaround. The salesman that sold us the car never even returned my calls or emails for information and the people they keep trying to transfer me to have voicemails that are full or they never respond back. My parents purchased via Open Road Lexus just next door two weeks before we did ours and got their title within 2 weeks and its now 2 months later and I still have nothing but an expired paper hanging on my license plate. I will never go back to this dealer again and I suggest if you want quality customer service and care you choose someone else!
