On 6/3 the store manager illegally forged my signature on multiple documents and signed me up for ~1000$ of goods and services I didn’t agree to pay for.
The woman with long black hair charged 172$ to my credit card under “Verizon wireless” which has posted to my bank statement, yet Verizon corporate has no record of this transaction happening in their systems.. so who knows what she actually charged my card to?
This was all discovered by surprise today when my bill was 200$ over its normal amount after being promised only a 10$ increase.
We will be filing a police report against the store manager in the morning on 6/12

After receiving terrible service from Best Buy and the other Verizon store located outside Woodbridge Center mall, I was assisted by a young man named Bryan at this location. He was very helpful, patient and friendly. Bryan is knowledgeable and made sure to answer all my questions. While I was there he also helped me activate my new phone with ease. Bryan offered amazing customer service. He’s a very nice man who knows how to do his job well. I really appreciate being helped by someone as competent as him. He is great so please go find him next time you stop by this Verizon!

Jay was a fantastic sales associate. He help me get my monthly cost down, and he also got me a great new phone, and was super knowledgeable and personable. Usually, I get very anxious having to shop for new devices, but Jay really helped alleviate that with his great customer service!

Everyone was pleasant. Bryan helped us out. He answered every single question every concern. He also went above and beyond and made sure we were getting the best deal possible and we did we are paying a lot less than what we were with a different cell phone carrier. We walked out of Verizon feeling better about our choice and super happy that our monthly bill is less.

I recently purchased an iPhone 15 at Verizon, since switching from T-mobile and I had the pleasure of being assisted by Bryan last Thursday. Bryan's exceptional service stood out, even with a warm greeting at the door. His assistance made the entire buying experience seamless and enjoyable. I appreciate the level of attentiveness and professionalism he provided. Overall, it was a positive and satisfying experience with Bryan, he’s the best!

Customer service was great from the second I walked in to the store. Kris helped me set up my new phone and apply a screen and lens protector. He also checked to see if my account was eligible for any upgrades and was very knowledgeable of warranties and products. Spent about an hour there because I had so much on my phone but I didn’t dread it so much because the employees made it worth while. I recommend this store for all your wireless needs.

Easy to approach staff with great customer service. Would recommend any day over AT&TEDIT: 01/23/2024 After reviewing my statement bills, it turns out the promotion I received for the free Apple Watch was erroneous when signing for a new iPhone. Unfortunately, I have been charged monthly for an Apple Watch although I was told a promo would be applied monthly to cover this charge. I apparently owe a totally of 36 payments for this watch. I never would have signed up if I knew this tactic was utilized, just as in my prior experience with AT&T. Very dissatisfied with these lies of omission.I spoke to customer service and the gentleman informed me that they have been receiving these calls daily. When we went through the bills, after having the device for less than 2 months, it turns out only 1 promotion out of 36 was applied AND I was charged back for the promotion anyways. I am paying a total of $480 for a free watch. This seems very much like fraud and it's appalling.

Kristof is by far a truly dedicated and hard working employee of Verizon/ Menlo Park Mall. He is always so extremely helpful and superiorly knowledgeable about verizon. He has taught me so much about these products when I knew so little!Thank you SO much for all your help!!- Elisa

SCAMMERS!!!!! This store needs a corporate investigation ASAP! EMPLOYEES AND “MANAGER” are up charging clients! PLEASE BE CAREFUL, YOU DONT NEED TO PAY FOR UNNECESSARY THINGS!
