The Edison branch is one of the best Valley Branches I have ever been too. They always provide me the BEST Customer Experience. They greet me by name every time I walk in. 9/10 times they already know what you need before you ask and they are always prepared. Everyone here is very professional and knows what they are doing. The entire team consistently goes above and beyond and I want give a Big Thanks to Krunal, Rahul, Pooja, as well as the Kiran and the management team.

Excellent customer service. Went to this branch without an appointment and opened a business account within an hour. Joseph helped us with all the documentation and has been in constant contact to make sure we had everything we needed. Absolutely cannot fault the service and customer experience.

called on for an appointment. They said they would give me a call back as they are busy. got call back in about 40 minutes. Explained the issue on phone. They have requested me to come to fix the issue. Carolin Ghatas(employee in the bank ) received me and took care of me and fixed the issue.

Worst bank service... I have opened safe deposit account. Personal Manager (CHANDANI DAVE) explained me that anytime, you can disconnect the account and pro-rated amount will be return back. When i closed the account, now they switch the tongue and saying there is no Pro-rated amount. I asked to show me the proof of the rule and where they are not showing as well... Don't trust this bank.

Worst bank!!! They give you a hard time to cash a check! Accounts are horrible and customer service is very bad.
