I didn’t get the ladies name but she was a lovely Asian woman. She assisted me with my change of address form and PO Box. She didn’t even stress the line I was causing she kept helping me.

Im send 10 document with this post office , i dont know why is return to sender i takes more than 20 days for return to sender.
and when i receive i lost my sosial security and my wife sosial security . if you guys found it please give back to me.
because from 10 document i just only lost 2 of them . and is " me and my wife sosial security. "

I don't understand these reviews. I expected the worse when I got there and I had such a pleasant experience. I was assisted by an older Asian woman who was SUPER nice. My transaction went quickly and smoothly!

One star is too much of a rating, they don't deserve it they are horrible, They should not have a phone number. worst I've ever dealt with. And just imagine, we the tax payers bailed them out. Tried to call them for an hour, rang and rang, then a busy signal, they suck . HORRIBLE PERIOD

This is my neighborhood post office. The staff members are always kind, some warmer than others. They recently hired a young woman with freckles and curly hair who has a sweet spirit and provides excellent customer service. My one gripe is that I wish they had a more diverse inventory of stamps, especially as relates to the Black Heritage collection.

I had paid my PO Box in full and early. Sharon locked and blocked by PO Box anyway, despite being paid in full and early. This post office also started returning my mail back to the sender. USPS provided no advance warning that they locked my box and returned my mail. When I finally discovered it, Sharon said she locked my box by accident and had meant to block and lock someone else's box. They did not offer any refund for the time that they blocked my box and deprived me of service. They also did made no effort to recover my mail which they mailed back. This is how they treat paying customers.

Amazon told me my package arrived at USPS. Drove all the way there to see if I can take instead of letting them deliver it and the staff was able to give me my package. Employee at the facility was very nice to me and a big smile.

I ordered a item from Amazon on November 1st, 2021. Today is Sunday, NOVEMBER 14th, 2021. My tracking information states it is stuck at the Edison, NJ Post Office. It’s been there since the 4th of November! I live in PA. I could drive there and pick it up! What’s the issue? Hire more postal workers, have the managers do some hands on work & deliveries, get subs/temps, part time workers, contract out, etc ! Have UPS deliver it. Stop taking Amazon orders if you know you can’t handle it. My credit card is charged for an item I didn’t even receive. I’ll be calling Amazon by the beginning of the week; this is ridiculous. PS-Christmas is around the corner, if you can’t handle the volume now, you are going to be totally incapable during the holidays; I foresee a lot of backlog, missing mail and packages and alit of unhappy, furious individuals. Get your act together.

I would definitely stay away from this Post office like the Bubonic Plaque, they are The Worse, constantly losing packages, never answer there phone to always saying they will call you back and they don’t, the carriers ? forget it not sure where they get them from it’s so pathetic to even say they are a Post Office. Incompetent workers from the supervisor to the carriers. I must admit the only thing ok about them is the 2 people at the front desk always willing to help if I knew there names I would say. The Asian woman with glasses and the Indian man always there are the only ones willing to help. Everyone else forget it. If they lose a package they will lie and not own up to it. This post office really needs a total makeover with there employees. It’s just to bad I live in Edison where unfortunately they handle my mail. I don’t even mail my packages from there. I rather drive the opposite way to Kilmer Rd where my experience there has always been pleasant.
