Had an appointment and when I arrived passport office was locked. I went into post office to ask and lady behind counter right off the back was annoyed. Where is your paperwork, I've done passports so many times I had everything ready. As I pulled everything out as she asks, she then says well you can just go over there. Proceeds to talk down to me, rips my card out of my hand. I asked my husband what I did for this woman to treat me as she wasNasty and rude. Public service is not your strong suit and should stay in the mail area where all you encounter is mail.

I just had A consumer affairs agent that works out of this location - make light of my situation, throw information I gave her back in my face, insult my intelligence and made me feel stupid for paying for A PO Box. This person “Dunna” (cause that’s what she is) lacks empathy and customer service skills. She also put me on speaker phone and I heard her ignorant coworker laughing at me. Then she did me A huge favor and “disconnected the line” because she couldn’t handle my reasons for being upset, when I wasn’t even yelling. Honestly, speaking with this person was the worst customer service experience i’ve ever had in my life.

My certified mail was paid on May 18th 2023 but it never got delivered and sat in the facility for 2 weeksNoone knew where it went . Should I claim insurance and have the post office pay me for all the losses caused ? Because of the delay and not being delivered, my insurance policy got cancelled

I went to this office to send out a priority mail. The envelope didn't seal well and then I ask for a tape to seal it better. This black girl said that she couldn't do it. I don't understand that this envelope is from post office and the sealing glue might be dry and can not seal itself. And I am a customer, and your postal office should make sure it is sealed well first before mailing it out. I just need a small piece of tape to seal it better and this tall black girl don't want to help. If I were a white man she would have had given me different treat. What a racist girl!But there is another black girl very very nice. She indeed helped me with my passport application two months ago. But I don't know her name. Next time I will ask and let everybody know.
