This place used to such a seamless place when the asian and lager the middle Eastern family operated it. Now new set of clueless people with attitude, messes up simple amazon scanning!! Get ur staff trained asap and cut the slack! Don’t keep bringing untrained people!! I had to spend 1/2 hr with amazon to drop off my item again! Exhausting process.

From the moment of my first phone call questioning about sending boxes, Ahmad, the owner was extremely patient and helpful. I decided to use this location because I know there is a good size parking lot and Ahmad offered to take the big boxes out of my car fr me. I have back issues, so this was definitely a deciding. Based on when I needed boxes to arrive, he suggested I come in at a certain time. I called and he came right out. He handled the paperwork quickly without any fuss and explained everything very explicitly. I must tell you that this was the best experience ever from a local UPS Store. Now I just have to hope that my boxes get to their destination when promised. Ahmad was such a pleasant person and I would strongly recommend this location as a UPS drop off. The store is clean, efficiently run, and staff is polite. He even gave me labels for future packages…no fee. What a gentleman!

went to the store to return my amazon packages. The store owner was so rude. Whole staff is rude. I paid the money, no one called me back, and on phone they started threatening me that card was declined, Its store responsibility to call if card got declined or not but store owner started threating me.

Needed to get a document notarized!Convenient open on Saturday!Only 5 dollars!No appointment, just walked in and requested notary.We brought 2 witnesses; however, family can't be a witness.The other UPS employee agreed to be the second witness.Everything took less than 20 minutes!

Stopped in during the busy holiday season. The place was packed, but they had three people working to service the customers. Excellent service, I was out of there in no time.

Wanted to ship a shelf without a box that did not fit into their conventional boxes. I was assured by the employee taking my shelf that they would figure out how to package the box and ship it. I paid additional fees for this as well.Instead, the store shipped a box of clothes to the destination my shelf was supposed to go. Now, all I have is a refund for the shipping cost of the shelf, no refund for the value of the shelf and I have no idea where my shelf is.

The entire staff at this location is always polite, helpful, and kind. I’ve never had a negative experience here, nor have I had a better experience anywhere else. Although this is my local store, I would go out of my way for this level of service. I always leave the store feeling taken care of and valued as a customer.Thank you for everything!

I've been going to this location for my shipping needs for over 2 years and can say with confidence that you won't find a more seamless experience. Shop owner, Naser, and the rest of the staff take great care of their customers and make sure things get done efficiently and accurately. Always a positive experience at this location and would highly recommend for any of your needs!

Though there is a UPS Store in my town, I gladly drive the additional three miles to use the UPS Store at 1115 Inman Avenue, Grove Center, Edison, N.J.Professionalism, Integrity, Courtesy, and Service are consistent qualities exemplified by Mr. Batah and his staff. I went to the store to return my amazon packages. The store rep/owner was so rude. Some amazon packages require packaging while some don’t. He asked me to pay extra $3 for packaging and I agreed. I was just explaining it to him why I didn’t package while he was processing my return and he was so rude. His exact words were “I explained it to You once and if you want I can explain it to you twice”. I was just waiting to pay the extra charge and just talking about it while he was processing everything. There was no need to vent out the frustration on the customer. I don’t recommend anyone going to this store, unless you want to get random passive aggressive venting from the owner.

impatient doesn't listen, I miss Mr. Kim! The old UPS owner. nothing more to say. nothing more to say Other than prior to and after Covid good service from most businesses are not the same and probably never will be.

Had a great experience with this store. My husband was sick and I had to get medical discs to his neurologist at New York Hospital overnight. I called the store and the gentleman working there explained the whole procedure and cost to me. I got the discs to The UPS Store and he took over, got everything ready for me and it cost no more than he told me. Arrived in NY Hospital at 10 am today. Thank you for such great help during a very stressful day.
