My package ? was delivered yesterday but not to my house ? so I called and package was delivered to someone else house and SIGNED OFF by Mr xxxxxx … unbelievable!!!!!!! Working as delivery ? man it’s the Key to be sure the package will be delivered on correct addressHow you can missed that ? VERY POOR SERVICE

They’ve been holding my medication at Edison for two working days and a full weekend. They simply won’t attempt to deliver it for some odd reason. I only live two miles away from this station as well. Not sure what’s going on with UPS as of late, but I think I’ll stick with FedEx for important deliveries from now on. I don’t think UPS is responsible enough to handle anything time sensitive anymore.

This place is a joke! They keep promising to deliver my package that was already supposed to be delivered and can't get that right. Literally like the blind leading the blind between the dispatcher and drivers!

WORST PACKAGE SERVICE EVER. How is it that every time I order anything, even low value, that I cannot choose anyone but UPS, its ALWAYS a slip on my door and I have to wait additional day(s) to go to the access point to get my package. Absolute garbage, worthless in every single possible way. Perhaps had this happen once with FedEx and USPS, but EVERY TIME with UPS. Might as well just take everyones package right to the access point instead of even bothering to attempt to deliver because you never actually deliver in the first place. Going to start contacting sellers and suggesting them to use USPS instead because youre all such a garbage company. Not your employees, but clearly this is a corporate directive. Doesnt change the fact its enraging and I hope you all choose to work somewhere better; or FedEx and this worthless garbage company goes under.

I visited the customer center hoping to pick up a package after the delivery driver left a note at my place. The staff here were very pleasant, friendly and accommodating. They essentially searched for a needle in a haystack and got me the package just in time for a critical deadline! I especially thank Scott and Nicole, who I interacted with in the store and over the phone, respectively, and also Renada and Shandra who I may have communicated with over the phone with. Special shout out to Scott -- he was very patient and sympathetic to my situation.

I sent a package that my doctor did not receive. It says it was delivered at door on Friday But there is no reason to deliver at door if they were open. Then I received some kind of message on Saturday stating that it was left at door. Something is not correct. I need to speak to someone immediately

I had Jordan 11s that were released 4/1/23 being delivered from the Edison location it was marked “Delivered” 4/5/23 at 5:00PM but it was NEVER delivered to my place I never had a package stolen out of all the years I lived here and the neighbors would have given it to me so 9 times out 10 the driver stole it I was so frustrated I will never use UPS again

This is the second time the delivery driver marks my package as delivered without completing the delivery. I have a ring camera and no one from UPS stopped at my door during the time they said it was delivered, and obviously there was no picture or proof of delivery (this would’ve been helpful to see if they left the package at a neighbors house). I called the company who sent me the package, luckily they replaced my order and instead used Fedex, per my request. However, some companies only use UPS and if so, I recommend pickup because like I said, this is the second time that this hub doesn’t deliver.

My packages get here, then are they sent back as undeliverable because they won't update the system, to show my address exists, as I live in a new neighborhood. Ive made several calls and requests to rectify the situation, to no avail.

Paid for a service that was not provided. At 6 am I made a change of delivery for it to be held at location because I was not going to be home to sign for my package. I contacted ups 5 times during the day to explain the situation and ask for clarity. Nothing was done to help and now I’m only able to pick up my replacement phone on Monday. I do not have time during the week as I work in Manhattan, that’s why I paid for a service for it to work around my schedule… IF THE SERVICE ISNT AVAILABLE OR CANT BE COMPLETED DO NOT OFFER IT

I worked at this location 1 day as a driver assistant on December 20,2022. I have been trying to find out about my paycheck. I have left messages with no response. It is now January, 2023 and I have not received a reply. I don't understand what the problem is. At the very least I would appreciate a reply of some kind
