Worst customer service I have ever dealt with. Never resolved the issue. Never apologized for the issue, instead they gaslighted me for trying to get the issue resolved.
Response to the Response from the owner: I am not on social media. Can you direct me to someone that will actually help resolve this issue that has been going on for months? Edison office only gaslights me, and when I contact corporate via UPS website, they only send me back to Edison office and more gaslighting. This is an absolute nightmare. If I could ensure no packages were ever delivered to me again via UPS I would, but I can't.

I was merging into traffic on Staten Island and Was hit by a driver in truck # 692275 and then verbally abused when i tried to exchange information. Totally disrespectful and should not be on the road.
Then you cannot get anyone from ups on the phone to get a supervisor on site to get the information needed to file a claim. Absolutely ridiculous.

Not sure if this is the right UPS location, but my package was delivered from UPS of Edison and I can’t be more thankful for their delivery person be gentle with my new TV at delivery AND having the common sense to hide it on my porch behind the patio furniture so that it doesn’t tip over or get stolen because common sense isn’t so common these days. Thank you very much!

My package ? was delivered yesterday but not to my house ? so I called and package was delivered to someone else house and SIGNED OFF by Mr xxxxxx … unbelievable!!!!!!! Working as delivery ? man it’s the Key to be sure the package will be delivered on correct addressHow you can missed that ? VERY POOR SERVICE

They’ve been holding my medication at Edison for two working days and a full weekend. They simply won’t attempt to deliver it for some odd reason. I only live two miles away from this station as well. Not sure what’s going on with UPS as of late, but I think I’ll stick with FedEx for important deliveries from now on. I don’t think UPS is responsible enough to handle anything time sensitive anymore.

This place is a joke! They keep promising to deliver my package that was already supposed to be delivered and can't get that right. Literally like the blind leading the blind between the dispatcher and drivers!
