Absolutely love this store. Their pieces are classic, affordable, and the quality is pretty good. I’ve had their therma long sleeves for many years and still in great condition. The store is clean and organized well. The employees there are very helpful. The only thing I didn’t like is now you have to use the self check out if your paying by card which I’m totally against. Other than that my experience in this store location was wonderful.

Uniqlo has the worst customer service among brands i purchased recently, especially this brand in menlo park. They did not meet my requirements at all and I was not satisfied with my purchase experience. :(

While I like the brand customer service is off putting. Yesterday, just 2 days after purchase, I retuned 3 out of 15 items and cashier was asking me why my receipt has red paint on the side (you know that one that you get as a warning for workers that tape going to be out soon). When I explained her the reason she said “no, not true”. Whatever. Then items RFIDs were scanned but she started telling me that one tag is missing, even though her system read it. Eventually she found the tag where it should be, but there was no, even slightest, apology or anything. Then they ask you for a reason, I said I didn’t like it and got the worst look. Gosh, I felt like a criminal there after spending $600 in one day… i hope brand would work on customer service and employees training, so customers feel welcomed to come back.

Has very nice quality clothing and helpful staff. Irene in particular went above and beyond to help me out. A little pricey, but that’s to be expected with the quality of clothing and inflation right now. The return policy is also a bit stringent so make sure you ask about it before you purchase anything!

Loved the self checkout where you can place your items at the checkout area and it automatically detects all the items placed there (no manual scanning needed). Also got a bunch of coupons when I signed up on the app and saved some money. Cool stuff, helpful staff and a decent collection.

This brand has a new taste of fast fashion which they dont put any kind of logo to any product, meanwhile they produce top quality. Thats why i like.

Lady in dressing room was rude.Dressing room had stickers that said "ask us about free pants hemming services." I asked the employee in there about it. She was not helpful at all and just said "I don't know anything" and stared at me.

Great products but rude employeesI went to purchase a few items and had to return it a few days after. The employees who helped me couldn’t care less how anything was handled in the store. Nobody greeted anybody at the cashier. They just pushed people towards the self check out. When I went for a refund the person had to call another manager to put the refund through. When I asked a question regarding coupon usage both of them looked annoyed that I asked and were busy “helping” another customer. The manager’s last words to me? “Call customer service.” No good bye. No thank you. Not that I expect much from people getting paid minimum wage for good customer service but I don’t expect to be treated that way. Rude customer service is acceptable to a business that doesn’t have much competition.

The worst attitude the people of this store have, rude and when you go to return the item which is defective they ask for the return label plus throw plentiful tantrums, should be reported to the better business bureau, awful, the online customer service is inept . Avoid.

Store with a lot of false attitudes, the people working there are so engrossed in their chores that they display an attitude when a customer asks them a question, I bought a sweater within two weeks its started wearing off, the store wants the tag to return, who keeps the tag after 2 weeks? They don't stand by their products, selling substandard goods, plus the arrogance. Be wary to go this store. Pathetic service to say the least.
