Save your money, go somewhere else.. pathetic service..we are not here to give training to you or your manager..the way you react to feedback is showing how the owner mentality and staff conditions ..boy you need grown-up act like businessman don't react like newborn baby

To the owner response to my review of my experience at your Car wash Trax in Edison. I find that as the owner proprietor of this establishment your ethics & moral interactions on this public verbal platform created for customers honest reviews of the service you are providing to your customers seems to be used for you the owner to be a typing thug and very dismissive and arrangant. You have been rude to each person's review of the poor quality of service your providing. You do not take constructive criticism well and it's obvious that your not using these complaints to try and reevaluate how you can improve the services you offer to make your customers experience better. Without the customers you have no business try to keep that in mind when your responding. Maybe you need a refresher in business etiquette 101.

Today is the last time I will visit Trax Car wash. They do not do a thorough job.
As I was watching my car go through there are many broken sprays and 2 other machines that are to clean the car not working.
2 employees talking bad about another customer that had a problem.
I would suggest you not to go here.

This is my first time at trax car wash and I’m writing this review as I’m waiting for my car and let me tell you the men who are working here are verrrrrrry hard workers , from the moment your car is hooked up to start everyone is working hard. I took my boyfriend car to have a wash and the inside cleaned since he has a dog that sheds a lot and men that clean the inside do a great job with the time they have. I would def come back again and recommended it to anyone .

Very bad experience. They did not even do basic vacuum correctly. Also were asking $2.50 for each cover mat.

Earlier they were good.. now they don't even vacuum the whole car. They don't clean the windshield from inside. It's not worth spending money. Don't go there.

Is there anyway I can give -5 stars I would. totally unprofessional staff, 1st month I choose 45$ package and man they just vacuum and wipe water from car nothing else inside car still dirty and dusty when I ask they said they can't so next month I took 68$ package and same things they even not removing carpet to clean yet they have machines to clean outside on display..when complain to receptionist she was clueless she said she can't do anything..staff here just don't want to work.rhey just wanna finish car quick as possible and seating and talking to each other..if owner will not take action he will loose business and location.. extremely disappointed

Not a pleasant experience
They charge full but do not provide detail services and when we go to ask and get it done properly, they have this attitude and don’t even clean properly even after requesting

For around $50 and 20 minutes my car looks like it had an hour long expensive professional detail on the inside. Fantastic job and great hardworking employees!

For the full service they would vacuum only the mat and not the seats are trunk . Their service is a hit or miss. Sometimes they are good other times not so good .
