“Great price and service.I had a tire blowout on my Infiniti Q50, called Galaxy to get this taken care of. They sent their own tow truck to get my car to the shop. The tow truck arrived around the time the dispatcher gave me. It was clean and looked new. The driver was friendly and quick. It looked like the whole procedure was down to a science.The shop was clean and the staff was professional. They got me a set of new run flat tires, installed, balanced, and ready to go the same day.Amazing team, highly recommend them.”

“So my car which has 334K miles on it blew a spark plug/coil while I was out in Perth Amboy NJ this week. I live all the way in Brooklyn NY and asked a local business owner if they could refer me somewhere I could trust to get me back on the road. They referred me to Direct Drive Diagnostics and when I got there, Thomas literally stopped what he was working on to assist me. This is arguably one of the best mechanic experiences I've ever had. Lisa the office Manager was a sweetheart and Thomas and his partner were able to assess what was wrong, and get my car up in running in roughly under 40 minutes. They were honest, hospitable, all had a great sense of humor and I felt welcomed and comforted that everything was going to be resolved. I highly recommend this place and even living in Brooklyn will bring my car back there moving forward because of how great and reliable they are. I'm a single woman with a few mouths to feed and I was anxious about purchasing a vehicle from anyone including a dealership. Better than fair prices and before dealer tag was expired, I had a call my plates had arrived! They allowed me to test drive the vehicle with no worries on time constraint. So, I was able to take it on the highway and local streets. I purchased without bringing to my mechanic. However, as soon as I dropped it to Freeman's Autobody,He said: I did great! Checked out with no problems! In addition, Freeman took for a 15 min spin after having his staff check it out! “I had my car serviced by Woodbridge Auto Body due to a minor collision from someone rear ending my car. Everyone that I had an encounter with was pleasant and thoroughly explained the details of the process for repair and answered any questions that I had. After my car was ready for pickup, there was a minor incident that happened before I retrieved my car. The manager, Dmitriy, reached out to inform me of what happened. While I was a little frustrated about the situation, Dmitriy assured me that he would take care of it immediately. I truly appreciate his integrity in communicating with me about the damage because it was so minor that I may not have noticed it without notification. Or at least not right away. That says a lot about this company and their morals. I highly recommend Woodbridge Auto Body if you're looking for a trusted location that is thorough, does excellent work, and communicates well. Not to mention he knows cars , like really knows them and he explained yo me what may be the causes of my car breaking down- things beyond my knowledge but I still appreciated it.
