Not only did they say my brakes look perfectly fine, but it's not something I'll have to worry about for a while. “Great price and service.I had a tire blowout on my Infiniti Q50, called Galaxy to get this taken care of. They sent their own tow truck to get my car to the shop. The tow truck arrived around the time the dispatcher gave me. It was clean and looked new. The driver was friendly and quick. It looked like the whole procedure was down to a science.The shop was clean and the staff was professional. “Martinsville Auto Repair is hands down the best auto repair shop in the entire state if not the country. I bought a 2000 Ford Ecoline van to travel the country with, against my father’s wishes. My goal is to go to all 63 national parks by the time I’m 35. My journey started at 25 and I am now 28. When I bought the van it had 98,000 miles and needed work. New tires, brakes, etc. the WORKS. “Found Road Runners online when looking for a place that could do all the upgrades I had in mind with my 2024 F150. First time I stepped foot into the shop I was immediately greeted and made to feel like I was a family member stopping by to say hi - Nick, who initially helped me out with my list of things to do, was great and showed me some of the bed cover samples they had to give me a better idea of what I wanted. When I met Rob shortly afterwards I couldn’t help but feel like we had known each other for 20 years, just the kind of guy he is, so friendly and helpful, he really helped me to fully understand all of my upgrades and talked through the technical aspects behind everything. Rob kept me abreast of everything going on leading up to my appointment and then throughout the time they worked on my truck. When I went to pick it up, I was truly blown away! “I had my car serviced by Woodbridge Auto Body due to a minor collision from someone rear ending my car. Everyone that I had an encounter with was pleasant and thoroughly explained the details of the process for repair and answered any questions that I had. After my car was ready for pickup, there was a minor incident that happened before I retrieved my car. The manager, Dmitriy, reached out to inform me of what happened. While I was a little frustrated about the situation, Dmitriy assured me that he would take care of it immediately. I truly appreciate his integrity in communicating with me about the damage because it was so minor that I may not have noticed it without notification. Or at least not right away. That says a lot about this company and their morals. I highly recommend Woodbridge Auto Body if you're looking for a trusted location that is thorough, does excellent work, and communicates well.
