“Got my Tesla Model Y flat tire plugged here on the way to work. $20 - 5 min quick n easy. Tesla would have taken hours and upwards of $130 although there fix is lot more intense. This got me rolling in no time!”
“Picked up a large piece of shrapnel in a tire on the highway by here and didn’t notice. Found myself with a nearly 3” gash, tire bubbles, and a flat tire in no time. Pumped it to 15 and took it here as this was the closest place with decent reviews.
Everyone here was polite, friendly, professional, and they had me back on the road safely in no time for a very fair price. Would definitely come back.”

The Manager William explained everything in detail & the Mechanic Joe gave it a test drive to confirm my concerns. Both were very professional. Mr. Tires has a waiting area with a tv and beverages while you wait.”

“Oh my... The young lady at this facility went above & beyond for me... I had 33 mins to get from Hillside to Edison NJ before 5pm.. I remind you at the start of rush hour. I made it to her. Forgive me. I forgot her name ?. Sara perhaps. Anyway as I pulled into their driveway. I had 2 minutes left over. The employees were leaving for the day. One gentleman even said Sir we are closed sorry. Then one employee said to me. Who I believe was a manager or head of the workers coming out the door said to me that the young lady whose name I can't remember is waiting for me inside the office. Go through those doors. See I had called their number just 3 miles from the facility & a lady answered the call then transferred me to the office... She explained to me that she just sent all her guys home because it was very slow today. I needed a right front tire replaced on my work truck. Again I made it into the driveway with 3 minutes left before 5:00 pm to make a long story short. She took care of me. She had a driver come in and change my front tire and got me out of there and maybe a half an hour and I was on my way. I want to thank Service Truck Tire Center in Edison and the young lady that went out her way to help me and get me on my way... Much appreciated... I Thank you & the tech so much... God Bless you both & have a great weekend... I only wish that I was able to remember her name... I'm gonna take a stab at her name. Possible Sara or something like that... She drives a Gray Honda... That I do remember... Peace Unto You young lady... ??❤️”

“Had a flat that needed to be fixed from a set of tires bought at Sam's Club in Freehold. Tried to call the Freehold store but they would not pick up the phone. Curtis at Sam's Tire store in Edison picked up and told us to come right in. He took care of us on a busy Sunday afternoon in spite of being very crowded.”
“I usually don't don't go to BJ's but I do like using their same day delivery service. In this instance I used the curbside pick up where the associate who came out with my items was very friendly and quick. I will actually try going inside next time. I recommend based off of the curbside experience.”
“I had an appointment to get new front brakes and the work was started within a reasonable time. I was completely satisfied with this experience at PEP Boys. Pierre was especially helpful. He kept me informed about the progress of my repair and assisted me in securing a coupon discount on my bill. While the work was being done I was comfortable in the waiting area and there was a wide-screen TV. Within the next few months I will be going back To PEP Boys for new back brakes.”

“Jason at the Costco Tire Center was extremely helpful in teaching me about the different tires, including which ones were on discount and which he would recommend. This initial process went smoothly until the tires arrived.
I’m docking one star from my review due to what happened next. After scheduling my appointment for 2:30 PM, I made sure to arrive a bit early to drop off my car. I highly recommend going with a friend or family member and just leaving your car instead of waiting around. My tire change wasn’t finished until 5:30 PM, and it didn’t even go into the garage until around 4:30 PM. Shouldn’t my appointment have been set for 4:30 PM instead of 2:30 PM? Based on other reviews, it seems this is a common issue. If Costco could adjust their appointments to allow for more buffer time, I believe this place would definitely deserve five stars!
Returning to the tire change, Jason was once again extremely helpful when I picked up my car. He pointed out that two end caps were broken (thanks for explaining what those are!) and noted other issues, such as scratches on my car. He also informed me to come back after 25 miles for a retorque and encouraged me to stop by if I encounter any issues. Thanks again for the great customer service, Jason!”
“Excellent Customer service! My Oil change was done in less than an hour. I pulled up to Auto Center with ease. Glad I didn’t listen to the negative reviews. Come on down and find out for yourself! I did my appointment through the app. I was on time. Give or take 5 minutes *wink! The mechanics were extremely professional. I observed mechanics displaying that same courteous professional mannerisms to all the customers. Front end cashier area, patient, with same professionalism.. Actually wish I had everyone’s name! “We had a good experience getting our car serviced here.
One thing to note is that they expect the cars to be dropped off early in the morning (8 AM) for them to start taking a look at the car. So even though one's appointment just says a date, they expect the car to be dropped off at 8 AM. This is not a huge issue, but we weren't informed about it while reserving our first appointment. During our second appointment, we dropped off the car early and everything went smoothly.
Also, they are open on 1st and 3rd Saturdays of the month, NOT ALL Saturdays. Good to know beforehand.”
