The owners were very nice and we were in and out very quickly. Even though we only got a battery change for my husband's watch, the service was excellent. Thank you, and hopefully we should see you again soon!?

BEWARE !! These people are Horrible !! They don't have any decency and basic etiquette to speak to the customer. They will treat you very bad even after you pay your money to them. Don't give any guarantee whether your stuff will work for long ! They speak as if they are doing a favor to you . Felt horrible going there and would advice others to refrain going to this JOKER's place. Not WORTH it at all ! Better you can go to Macy's watch repair shop, they are way better !!
I wish I could give a Zero or Negative Star here. Don't waste your time and energy going here.

Very fast and very professional service, I was in and out within 5 minutes. Also he was open when all the other stores that did bracelet sizing were closed. Excellent pricing, the best I’ve seen so far. Will definitely return for my watch needs.

Owner sonny is untrustworthy made repairs without any proof of shipment obviously in this day in age everything is tracked so this was red flag I would not go here ever again

Sonny the owner claimed to make repairs in excess of $3000 but could not furnish proof of transactions with Watch manufacturer which obviously is unprofessional to say the least I wouldn't recommend him to repair a tooth pic let alone fine jewelry very bad experience stay far away

I went there to replace battery and remove chain links so it can fit. The service was very fast and got the job done in less than 15 minutes. Happy with the service and I recommend. Prices are affordable

This place's owner (Sunny) opens his store whenever he feels like. There is no commitment at all. He put a sign by the door that says he will be back in 15minutes, but 15 minutes for him = 2 or 3 hours for everyone else. No one picks up the phone either, so you are on your own. I drove 30min to get here, waited 2 hours until he showed up. Unprofessional, disrespectful and unconsiderate of his client's time. I DO NOT recommend this place, nor will I be coming back.

When I needed to replace my watchband, I called a few different jewelry stores (because my old standby had gone out of business). Time Out was the only one that had watch bands in stock (rather than "come in and order from the catalog, and then come back when it arrives"). Sanjeev not only replaced my watch band, he added the decorative metal that the out-of-business jeweler had told me he wouldn't be able to replace when the original band wore out. I definitely recommend Time Out Jewelers.

Bought a watch online, needed adjustments to get metallic clips removed to fit my wrist. Good experience, affordable and quick! Did a $10 for a battery change on my other watch too. Will visit again.

I first visted this business in 2010 when I was working in the mall. To this day I continue to utilize this gentleman's store because he is forthright, honest and upfront. I have never had anything less than a perfect experience here and would highly recommend this store, especially for repair. They work directly with dealers and always keep me informed throughout the repair process. Thess are the professionals you are looking for!

Every time my mother and I come to this jewelry store we are always greeted and welcomed very kindly. They have plenty of different services, great/reasonable prices and a variety of products beautifully displayed and are nicely located close to Nordstrom. Both owners are sweet and assisted my mother and I with all our needs quickly. My mother had recently ordered a personalized picture necklace for me as a Valentine's gift and it came out absolutely flawless! I could not have expected it to be better then it did. We are very satisfied customers and hope to come back to purchase more items. Highly recommend 10/10! Thank you guys again for everything!
