Everytime I walk into Menlo Park Mall this is probably the first store I walk into. I love going in to see new boots/shoes but also the staff is very friendly and we almost always strike up a conversation, I don't think i could ever order my Doc marten's online only because I miss out on the experience of walking into this store. Any time we do make a purchase, which may be too many lol, they always help us out with suggestions or checking to see if they have what we want. I wont buy from anywhere else.

This store is really great and they have amazing employees. They’re very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful! I went in with my friend just to look around and didn’t plan on getting anything. Jolen (apologies if spelt wrong!) told me to look around and just try some on. I fell in love with the Addina flowers and he was very knowledgeable about the shoes. He gave me basic information, shoe care tips, and explained the process of breaking in. Very helpful, a great associate for your first pair and letting you know what to expect.I went back the next day because of discomfort and they helped me out. Yani (again apologies if spelt wrong!) is so sweet and helpful. She helped pick out a shoe for my boyfriend, who’s never considered getting Docs. She convinced him to eventually get a pair of his own! She’s very passionate about Doctor Martens and is great for helping you find the right ones. Loved her service, she makes you feel very welcomed and is an amazing employee. Overall a great store, highly recommend going to Jolen and Yani for help.

If it says you are open at 11am on Sunday, be open.Otherwise change your hours.I understand everyones time is not as valuable as yours.

I couldn't believe my eyes at first! I've never seen or knew they had an actual store! I was informed by one of the workers there is only 16 stores in the nation. The selection of shoes is top tier! They literally have everything! Even a vegan selection! Wish I had more time to look around and shop but I was on a time crunch so I couldn't. I definitely recommend coming here if you're a fan such as myself.

I bought a pair of boots nyc ( handmade) $300 The only type I have ever owned love the product …. So here’s my story the pair that I bought had a stitching issue in the heel. I called the store in New York City talk to the manager and she suggested possibly calling this store in Edison since it’s closer and a lot more convenient than trucking into Manhattan that being said, I called and explained my situation to the manager of the Edison store, who seemed super disinterested and not willing to stand behind the product telling me it was a warrantee issue which I’m sure that it was but I was so offended. By the way I was treated and I wanted to make a point and go to the store to see if I can explain my situation a little better And then went there this afternoon and talked to two employees who basically told me the same thing that it was a warranty issue and I excepted having to possibly go that route. I then called the store in New York City back she said come on in and we’ll exchange them no questions asked so that’s what I did and I will never shop at the store in Edison again very very very very unprofessional from the store manager as far as the two employees today very knowledgeable two young ladies that legitimately cared about my situation and tried the best they could to rectify it

We went to this store and the young lady that helped us was wonderful!It's a small store and gets very crowded. But we got help and never felt ignored.We will definitely buy more boots from this store! I highly recommend shopping here!

Ted and the team are super awesome, they treat customers with love kindness and happiness, the Lady (sorry I couldn't get her name) greeted us, and since it was our first time visiting this store (11/11/2022), she gave us a good description of the goods they have. Ted helped us to check out couple of very nice shoes. Thanks Ted and the team for your warm welcome.

It was on impulse that I walked in, originally I was gonna go to the Vans store. But, my friend pointed out a pair of loafers and, well, I came out with boots that I wasn't originally gonna buy. The two people working today (I forgot to ask for names, then again I'm not entitled to know their names, all I do know is. .) were nice, patient, and fun to talk to. Did I need these boots? No. Absolutely not. But, I'm happy that I got to buy these because I've actually wanted a new pair of Doc's for a while. To the two people who I met today, I wish you guys had gotten commission for the sale. And I hope the both of you have the best week ever. 10/10 \m/
