Extremely slow cashier check out service. Takes too long for them clear the que. You may have to usually wait 20 to 25 min at least for few check out items for 3 people ahead of you.

This target is pathetic, it just looks like a business that’s ready to go out of business. Half empty shelves, many sold out items and not restocked, not many options in general. The grocery section is pointless. Few people shop here for groceries therefore, stuff on the shelves is not fresh anymore and expensive. I bought an expired coffee accidentally, thankfully noticed and returned before I left the store. Very unreliable store to come to in general. You will come here hoping not to stop because you would expect them to have stuff they advertise to have… but you leave and still have to go somewhere else to get the stuff on your list. Makes me so frustrated and not want to come here.

Kai and Nadyeh were very professional, patient, and invested in my complex issue. I bought a tampered product which did not include the contents labeled on the box. I went back to return it within the hour. Kai took the time to let me explain and digest my information before telling me what he could and could not do. He kept me informed while he tried to find a reasonable resolution. We tagged in customer relations for help via phone support (A completely unconcerned woman, who I admittedly kept on the the phone until we got to a resolution.) She acknowledged my problem but told me: "Too bad, you are out the $150 you spent because that SKU is labeled as non-returnable" and she said she will let the Target company leaders know so they can look into the quality of the product... SERIOUSLY!? Nadyeh overcame computer system hurdles and a busy store and met me emotionally and professionally where I needed because she could see how upset the situation was making me. Kai and Nadyeh are customer experience champions who made a situation where I would have called-out Target on social media into one where I am leaving 5 stars despite my poor experience with the purchase/return. Please keep empowering your frontline employees to make adjustments without lack-luster phone support because they are much more qualified to make these business-impacting decisions. The store was clean and well-staffed, and employees at the checkout lanes was a pleasant change from other retailers.

Checkout experience is terrible.
Self checkout is now 10 items or less which makes sense if it's crowded but in the middle of the day I'm stuck for a long time in a cashier's lane while the self checkout remains mostly empty.

Target stores are clean and offer a wide variety of products at reasonable prices. The additional 5%off when using my Red card is a plus as well as the target member points.

This Target is the only one in the area to carry the Mockingbird stroller so as an expecting mother I drove there to test it out. Not one stroller on display… other targets have test strollers on display. This one did not have a singular brand. Then calling customer service, my call was answered then hung up. Many employees walking around but couldn’t find a “manager” to help me see a mockingbird stroller.

Shelves are rarely stocked well. If I go with a list of ten things, I’m lucky to find five. They never have enough cashiers. Items on shelves are often not put in the right place, so the price you see on the shelf is not what you get charged-so you need to pay attention! This is what makes people use Amazon !!!!

I was shopping because I wanted to purchase something. My wife and I were interrupted by a guy trying to sell or save us money on cell plans from multiple companies. Seriously!!!! As a customer, I just want to get my stuff and go. Not be sold nonsense. You're telling me a guy representing multiple companies can save me money on my 25-year t mobile plan. Probably not. How many people are sucked into signing something they will regret. Target do better. This guy is targeting and praying on people who fit into his plan.
