My very first customer ordered a historical print and delivery was responsibility of ShipX. Tracking gave an estimated delivery date range that never changed even after the range had been passed by. No idea who was actually in possession of the package and ultimately my dropship provider followed up and they could not locate the package and I had to refund my customer. Now considering paying for the higher-price options and baking it into my prices. A total bust.

Could not give zero , so had to give one.It says delivered and immediately you go out and check, its not there.Despite being at home, we don't get our packages.Stopped shopping from SHEIN because of thIS CARRIERWORST EXPERIENCE
