“From the moment of my first phone call questioning about sending boxes, Ahmad, the owner was extremely patient and helpful. I decided to use this location because I know there is a good size parking lot and Ahmad offered to take the big boxes out of my car fr me. I have back issues, so this was definitely a deciding. Based on when I needed boxes to arrive, he suggested I come in at a certain time. I called and he came right out. He handled the paperwork quickly without any fuss and explained everything very explicitly. I must tell you that this was the best experience ever from a local UPS Store. Now I just have to hope that my boxes get to their destination when promised. Ahmad was such a pleasant person and I would strongly recommend this location as a UPS drop off. The store is clean, efficiently run, and staff is polite. He even gave me labels for future packages…no fee. What a gentleman!”

“I've only lived here for six weeks at this address there was major problems with my address and not getting any mail but when I started not getting the packages I paid for that was a problem. My mail carrier Bob the supervisor Brett and the postmaster at the other location Natalia they fixed me they found all my stuff and brought it to me within 24 hours. And if that's not all I even got a phone call and I have never ever had a post office take care of a customer the way they took care of me. I am in the wow factor. Thanks guys I appreciate you so much.”

“Open much later than most other locations because this is a main location in the Raritan Center in Edison, NJ. Easy to find, as soon as you come into the Raritan complex, Fed Ex is on the left. Just shipping, no office /printing services on site. Fed Ex is getting very pricey, but still needed sometimes when you need to deliver something later than the post office hours. Open until around 8/830 pm weekdays and 4 pm Sat.”

“I visited the customer center hoping to pick up a package after the delivery driver left a note at my place. The staff here were very pleasant, friendly and accommodating. They essentially searched for a needle in a haystack and got me the package just in time for a critical deadline! I especially thank Scott and Nicole, who I interacted with in the store and over the phone, respectively, and also Renada and Shandra who I may have communicated with over the phone with. Special shout out to Scott -- he was very patient and sympathetic to my situation.”

“Just like others, reading the reviews really had me worried, but my experience was pretty great and I thought I would share it to reassure others IKEA shopping.NAL helped with a move to New York thru IKEA. Customer service was very responsive and easy to get a hold of in my experience. After the directing machine, you are taken straight to an agent, which I appreciate. You don’t want to call the NAL number from google but instead one that IKEA gives you.My apt had strict 9-5 move-in hours and required a COI. NAL turned around a COI over email within 24 hours, and calling customer service let me provide my 4-hour timeframe preference to accommodate my building’s move-in hours. They did say it was not guaranteed that scheduling would work out this way, but I got lucky maybe.My only issue with NAL is that I called ahead to request a 12-4 time slot, and it seems that message was only written on 1 of the 2 deliveries (since my IKEA order was broken up into two trucks). However, it still worked out for me. The other delivery scheduled for 8AM was postponed to 9AM from calling IKEA and they arrived promptly. Movers were professional and efficient.Maybe it’s all just luck it that it all worked out smoothly for me, but I enjoyed working with NAL and would order from IKEA again if it meant working with this company.”
