She quickly understood my package's special (to me) components & immediately recommended Priority Overnight which made me feel my package was safe. I especially liked that both sender (me) & the recipient (my family member) were both sent the tracking information; which we watched together over the next 24 hours. Then my family member sent me a picture of her smiling & holding the item in excellent condition!”

“While I sympathize with some of the horror stories below, I’d like to remind perspective customer of this place that those are exceptions not the normals. 99.9% of packages shipped from iShipX probably arrives on time and customer have great experience, but those are sadly not the people who often take time to leave reviews.
Me and my family have been using iShipX for a year now, shipped over 15 packages at least and our experience has always been great. The gentlemen working behind the counter is clearly good at what he does and always package our items with great care and efficiency. His rate is incredibly affordable if you consider the insane prices USPS, UPS, FedEx etc. would have charged for international shipping. We always get a super detailed breakdown of the items and each charges, and it is easy to pay over Venmo.
We drive 90 minutes each time from suburban Philly to ship with iShipX, because we trust the shop and owner. If you are in this area, please give them a try, it’s a good shop and a great owner with integrity, your package will be in good hands with them! And it’s a bonus that there’s a great Asian grocery store right next store, so it’s convenient to kill 2 birds with one stone ?”
“I've only lived here for six weeks at this address there was major problems with my address and not getting any mail but when I started not getting the packages I paid for that was a problem. My mail carrier Bob the supervisor Brett and the postmaster at the other location Natalia they fixed me they found all my stuff and brought it to me within 24 hours. And if that's not all I even got a phone call and I have never ever had a post office take care of a customer the way they took care of me. I am in the wow factor. Thanks guys I appreciate you so much.”

“Just like others, reading the reviews really had me worried, but my experience was pretty great and I thought I would share it to reassure others IKEA shopping.NAL helped with a move to New York thru IKEA. Customer service was very responsive and easy to get a hold of in my experience. After the directing machine, you are taken straight to an agent, which I appreciate. You don’t want to call the NAL number from google but instead one that IKEA gives you.My apt had strict 9-5 move-in hours and required a COI. NAL turned around a COI over email within 24 hours, and calling customer service let me provide my 4-hour timeframe preference to accommodate my building’s move-in hours. They did say it was not guaranteed that scheduling would work out this way, but I got lucky maybe.My only issue with NAL is that I called ahead to request a 12-4 time slot, and it seems that message was only written on 1 of the 2 deliveries (since my IKEA order was broken up into two trucks). However, it still worked out for me. The other delivery scheduled for 8AM was postponed to 9AM from calling IKEA and they arrived promptly. Movers were professional and efficient.Maybe it’s all just luck it that it all worked out smoothly for me, but I enjoyed working with NAL and would order from IKEA again if it meant working with this company.”
