I called 2 weeks in advance to order a fire retardant paint and was told it takes about a week to arrive. I called back a week later to check on my order and was told it would be there in 3 days. After 3 days I called again and no one had any idea what I was talking about.The order was never made. I called my sales rep and asked who I could speak to about the situation and was told there was no real manager at the edison location and that there was really no one I could speak to. I have problems at multiple stores

I’ve an account with Sherwin Williams for more then 10 years. Edison branch located at talmage Has very poor customer service. I asked them a questions and the first word they say is no no no. Even the guy named Mark don’t bother to check in the system if he has primer or paint that Swing Restoration Corp needs. The guy went back to check something and never came back on counter. Very very poor service

If I could give a zero I would. We hold a corp account with SW. My store that I usually use was out of stock on the paint we use but advised the Edison store had it. I contacted then, and Indian sounding guy answered the phone and instantly became rude with me, and basically said "how do you know what I have in stock" when I told him I was referred by my regular supplier, he said yeah I ask them and hung up the phone.
