I normally shop online as I’ve had some bad experiences with staff most times I shop in Sephora. I had two perfume certificates to redeem so I had to go in store. I was greeted and immediately grabbed a basket so I wouldn’t be bothered about it. Since the two employees I had encountered so far during the trip were nice, I decided to ask to be shade matched. I was shade matched by Jada and she was amazing. I felt so comfortable with her from the initial greeting. She was extremely professional and knowledgeable. She gave me such great information and recommendations. She also helped me find the fragrances I was looking for. She was great. Thank you Jada for your help today!

The customer service at this store is really bad, especially at the end of the night. I understand that they want to leave and go home but if your store and contract time is until 8:00 pm, you shouldn’t deny people to come in. Was told that we couldn’t go in 15 minutes before they closed but we just had one thing we needed. One of the managers (blonde woman) got mad and said not to let anyone in and rolled her eyes at us.

I love this location and always come here for my beauty needs. But today the customer service was off. I called this location in regards to an online order i placed. I was put on hold….understandable. But 17mins and 23 seconds (in counting cuz im still on hold) is inexcusable. I called as i’m pulling into the mall parking lot and i had went inside, spoke to somebody, and picked up my order. I’m back in my car as I type this still on hold. When i went inside it wasn’t as busy as I expected. There were 3 ladies on the register (about 5 people in line) and 2 behind the counter next to the phone talking. I’m about to hang up the line with a total wait time of 22 mins and 2 seconds…..very unacceptable!!!!

Michelle Kate and jada were the best. Helping a new mom feel beautiful and helping pick out the right products. I’ve never shopped here before but I most definitely will next time. And Demi was so sweet explaining an oil product for tightening she so knew her stuff ! Thank you ladies !

Extremely bad experience, brought a fake Chanel perfume in NY, but live in NJ, I asked Sephora customer service line before,it said you can return at any sephora store. The Asian manager at this place refused my return or exchange, which doesn’t make sense at all and doesn’t align with their official customer service policy. Also the super MEAN asian guy was doubting me, cuz he said because I opened it….. EXCUSE ME????????how am I supposed to know it’s fake without opening??? Are you assuming all your customers are x-ray machines????

Went here on my birthday and was bothered by three different employees who clearly thought I was stealing-I work in customer service so I'm familiar with tactics used. Made for a very uncomfortable customer experience as I had ZERO intention to steal and I left without buying my blush because I felt harassed. Employees should try to be sure a customer is stealing before intervening.On the positive side the lady working the front of the store was very sweet and the store was well stocked.

Brought my sister here to treat her for her birthday. We were harassed & followed by a few employees, one in particular was extremely passive aggressive and rude for no reason. Went to Ulta instead. Do better.
