“Oftentimes when you call a business looking for information, the person on the other line is a disgruntled employee who is reluctant to answer your questions. That certainly wasn't the case here. Izzy went so far as to provide pricing breakdown for various options. I feel someone else in her shoes wouldn't have been so helpful and instead redirected me to their website. She took the time to explain everything and we didn't feel rushed or pressured. Extending our unit was never an issue and whenever we spoke to anyone on the phones they were always willing to answer all questions. The only downside is there's only one trolley! For the amount of units, there should be at least 2 per entryway. So I'd recommend getting one of your own, especially if you have a larger unit. It's a good investment and would be handy for future use. Overall I'd recommend this facility.”

“I used this place to rent 4 Uboxes for my long distance move to Utah and they are the best. The guy who drops off the Uboxes placed them where I needed them and picked them up when I was done. Saved a lot of money and headaches by using a Ubox over driving a truck myself or using a moving company.”

“As my collection is just a few hundred bottles, I had thought renting a close to home storage space would cost less than serious professional storage. I think not! The guys and gals at the modern super high cube warehouse 30 Min. from home in NJs are terrific. Picking up, you see the 500,000 bottles they manage with the wine store/storage smell we love. Like the Grand Canyon of vino. A must see. They deliver to manhattan as well. I pick up and drop off. They are nice to a the little guys, esp. if you say hello.”

“So I’m at crossroads as to whether or not, I will give this establishment of four or five stars. I’m feeling some kind away about my rent going up $70 in four months, but I guess that’s the nature of the business. However if you pay for the full year you won’t have that problem. I decided to move out because I did not want to pay the additional increase.What I would like to say, is that from the time I moved in until the time I moved out , has been nothing short of exceptional…All of my interactions were with Angel. Angel delivered stellar customer service, professional, kind and courteous and he gives the best advice on how to navigate the property if you have a large truck. He made the entire process seamless. So IF I give this 5 stars is ONLY ONLY ONLY because of Angel’s exceptional customer service.I would also like to add I felt very safe, leaving my belongings in that storage unit. The facilities are well maintained and the area isn’t sketchy.”
